We will advise actual pick up time and meeting point in Departure Notice. Departure Notice will be faxed one day before service date to your hotel's front desk by 1700hrs (5.00 pm). For non-hotel guest in Sapporo City, Departure Notice will be sent one day before service date to your email address by 1700 hrs (5:00 pm).

On departure we will pick you up from your address and drop you off at the terminal from which your flight leaves. - If you are going to your destination from a hotel, normally please wait at the hotel lobby. (you will receive departure notice one day before service day, around 5 PM). If being collected from an apartment or your home, please wait outside by your main door. If apartment or home unable to reach due to narrow streets and our vehicle size, will decide meeting point nearby.
- Your pick-up time will be indicated in the Departure Notice we send to you/your hotel by email/fax one day before (around 5pm) the service date.
- To make a change to your booking please contact our Cherry Tomato crew via email. For changes or amendment on travelling day or later, Please contact our service center.
- Please contact our Cherry Tomato Service Center asap and we will do our best to locate your missing item.
- Wheelchair can be arranged only if we were informed. You must inform us in advance if there are passenger needs wheelchair or travel with a wheelchair. A rental wheelchair for mobility also can be arranged in advance.

Would definitely recommend as a transfer from the airport. He helped with our luggage to the garage and then had us wait by a bench so he could get the car. Swift ride to the hotel. - Stu22470 contributionsCannot fault, stylish, personal service from start to finish.We had private transfers with Cherry tomato to transfer from Haneda airport to our hotel in Tokyo town centre. We used them from our hotel to Yokohama cruise terminal and from the cruise terminal back to Haneda airport. All were booked using our travel agent. The service was impeccable throughout. Only one transfer was a little late, but the driver kept us fully updated via text throughout. The drivers were polite, well presented, and spoke pretty good English. The vehicles were spotlessly clean and comfortable (like sitting in a favourite armchair) they all provided bottles of water. If you want a private transfer with a little bit of comfort after a long flight with great service, then this is the company to use.Written April 8, 2024

- Dthegrandma0 contributionsNot so great serviceOnce booked e got an email from local provider Cherry Tomoro to confirm our details.I reached out to them two days earlier to see if I could change the time of pickup to which they replied they could not. Once we arrived at he port I reached out again since we had not received any directions as to where to meet.The person with the Cherry Tomoro sign seemed disoriented and did not provide any information and said they were backed up at the entrance(which we later confirmed was untrue). After trying to get his attention several times he realized we were there and took us to our vechicle. The ride to Hotel was uneventful but the waiting for them at the terminal left a lot to be desired.
