Thank you for saying that the restaurant we planned for your dinner is beautiful. We are sorry that day was Mid-Autumn Festival Holiday and the traffic was terriable which resulted the guide was not on time to meet you. However, the driver is nearby, so we let the driver to show you around first. We, actually arranged the guide got into queue waitting for the table for your dinner as it doesnt acceppt reservation. But unfortunately, the queue was too long, you did not have time for dinner. Instead, we arragned another popular local snack restaurant for you and we refunded you the differences. This is the best we could do after the missing of the dinner due to holiday peak time . The guide also got show tickets for some people and his parents and checked in at the same time. We felt sorry that you thought it is not private. Indeed, our guide explained that he was stuck in the traffic and he tried his best to make up private tour for you by showing you around Hefang Old Street which is very impressive at night with so many traditional red latterns hanging along the street.
