We used this service for transportation from our hotel in Hangzhou to the Pudong airport in Shanghai. It was very easy to book and was a comfortable trip! They were very communicative and sent clear instructions on how to find the vehicle. They even sent a photo of the car when it arrived so there would be no confusion. The car was clean and spacious, and the driver was very safe. Since we couldn’t speak mandarin, we were able to easily send a message on WeChat when we needed to stop for a bathroom break. We made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare. We will use them again the next time we come to China!

Truly amazing day spent seeing spectacular bamboo forest and touring tea plantation. Our guide was friendly very knowledgeable and fun! Had a wonderful lunch and just all around great time!

First, I like to thank China Highlights for custom planning an amazing Hangzhou, Hengdian(film studio), Suzhou trip for me and my sister. I did all the communication with Li Liberman, the professional planer via email. My sister wanted a tour guide who can speaks both English and Mandarin. I understand that they have many foreign language speaking guide too. At first, I was very sceptical about sending money overseas with all the news on scams. Liberman put me at ease with constant update and prompt response. Payment was also done on a secured mode. Now, after the trip, I will definitely go direct for all my future China tour. I also like to take this chance to complement their staff who have had assisted us. Hangzhou - 2 days We had the most amazing tour guide in Hangzhou, Derek Cheung. With him, we never had a dull moments. Derek is a great English story-teller who can translate Chinese proverbs and sentences correctly. He is very caring. Both, my sister and I am are in our fifties, so our walking pace is slower. He is very understanding and keeps pace with us. He is also very humorous. Numerous time, we found ourselves laughing till we teared. He also set-up a group chat, so that to update and remind us the necessities. Our driver, Mr Yu is very reliable. He drives carefully thus making our journey very smooth. We had him for 6days. He also took the initiative to find delicious and safe restaurants for us. The breakfast at ZhongWei Sunny hotel was superb, with a wide spread of international cuisine. Hengdian - 3 days Not many foreigners will visit Hengdian, which I was told. Being drama fans, we wanted to visit all the drama shooting sites. Our guide, Xiao Zhang is very flexible to make changes to our schedule. Both Mr Yu and Xiao Zhang took us to drama sites that we found along the way. Amazing!! As some of the meals are not covered by them, we ordered fast food using the guide’s mobile phone. I am very impressed with the delivery standard in China. They are 5stars (top grade). The food was delivered hot to our room, within 30mins. The Broadway hotel that we stayed was also within short distance from the film studio. We had a small issue with the hotel, but was timely rectified by Xiao Zhang. Thumb-up. Suzhou - 2 days Mr Yu drove us to Yiwu, high speed rail station. Both of them briefed us properly and ensure we are safe. Then, we experienced rushing to take the high speed train with our luggage in toll. It was fun! With a high of 5 days, visiting Suzhou was just an average experience. We stayed in Soul Hotel which is in a great location, right at the door-steps of a popular walking street. The Bar attach to the hotel serves good food, and wine is buy one gets one free. On the whole, I am very pleased with China Highlights. 10stars.

The perfect day trip in Hangzhou surroundings. Visiting the Ling Temple, the West Lake and tea village during harvest. Lin is a most experienced and very kind tour guide with great English skills. This is really recommended.

I was in Hangzhou for business but decided to take a half day tour around this place as well. Hangzhou is indeed amazing, and it is definitely worth visiting it! We have taken a boat tour on West Lake, visited a Temple with unique statues carved in the rock, seen a tea plantation, had lunch at a tea house. The views were fantastic! Many thanks to our guide Wen Wen. She was great, really knowledgeable and attentive.

Had a great guide Cindy, she was super knowledgeable and a lot of fun. We visited the temple, tea plantation and the beautiful west lakes. I was on a business trip so traveling solo - Cindy was super friendly made the day really enjoyable. Highly recommend.

A fantastic afternoon/weekend. A truly inspiring trip to the tea valley, very romantic indeed, a beautiful temple, with thousands of buddhas, and a gigantic pagoda with the best view at the city ever. Very nice and informative guide and a great driver, this was a wonderful experience, indeed!

Doris was such an amazing guide. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. She even went the extra mile and brought us to a destination (that wasn’t in the agreed itinerary) she felt would suit us - and we loved it! Thanks you for such a wonderful time Doris! The car was big comfy and we Had an awesome driver too. the entire process from booking to communicating to pick up was a breeze as well. Would highly recommend this!

This was a half-day tour in Hangzhou. Alana picked me up timely from the train station and navigated through great tourist sights. She made adjustments based on the weather and I definitely got great introduction to the city. This tour is highly recommended.

What an amazing trip! Alana was wonderful. Knowledgeable. Willing to change the timings or sites to what I wanted to see. Had a delicious lunch. Highly recommend. I only had a half day in Hangzhou and she packed it full! She even helped me get back onto the correct train at the end of the day.

It was a such a good day. Kids were super happy but exhausted. We loved it. We thought Doris (tour guide) was absolutely great and very thoughtful and nice. She was the best tour guide. We went to so many good places. She also brought us to a great restaurant. We also learned so much culture! It was helpful to have an English speaking guide.

The whole experience was great! Alana was super organized, friendly and knowledgeable. She is perfectly bilingual (Mandarin and English) and very flexible (we booked rather last minute and changed the start time and were accommodated with no issues). The lunch was delicious 🤤 and Alana was so great with my young daughter! It was very hot so we wanted to cut the tour short but Alana convinced us to see the tea plantation and it was beautiful. Thank you so much for helping us make the most of our short trip to Hangzhou!
