She went above and beyond by upgrading our tickets to VIP first-row seats, which made the show even more memorable. On the day of the event, she demonstrated genuine concern, ensuring we easily found the theater. Booked 2 tickets through Agoda. Li from Sunflower Tours contacted us via email 2 days ahead of show to provide all the necessary details including time of seating and location of entrance. The e-vouchers attached were easy to use. We had exchanged for physical tickets at the ticketing office since we had arrived early even though there was no necessity to do so. We were seated 4th row from the front and the view was great. The show was impressive and enjoyable. Highly recommend.

We booked the tickets thru Sun Flower, and we viewed this amazing water show on the edge of West Lake. The service was great, and we communicate with Jane easily in advance. We booked the tickets through Sun Flower. The service was great. My emails were always responded promptly and, when we arrived shortly after 7pm (show started at 7:45pm), their guy was already waiting for us. And, the best thing was the seats were excellent (right in the middle). Good job!

I booked this through Sunflower, and Jane made contact well in advance, arranging to meet us before the show. We had a tight train connection out of Hangzhou after the show, and when we told Jane on the morning of the show, she said she would stay around till after the show, arrange a taxi, AND accompany us to the train. Definitely "beyond the call of duty" ... and it really helped us relax, not worry, and enjoy a stunning performance. Top marks to show and Jane! Brian.
