Forget to report our wonderful journey because of COVID-19. We thoroughly enjoyed our 12 day tour of Yunnan tour with Travel Around Yunnan. Celeste was quick to respond and very helpful when planning our trip. All the guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Our guide in Lijiang, Tony, has been the best ever. Thanks to Celeste from Travel Around Yunnan, who organized the 5 day classic tour around Yunnan. She was always prompt to response to our inquiries. Our tour began in Kunming. We visit the Stone Forest, Bada Rice Terrace, Jianshui Confucius Temple and many more. Our driver/tour guide Mr. Joe was wonderful. He is very knowledgeable/helpful and offer many great advice on where to eat. Cons: I would skip the Mongolian Village as there is nothing much to see. We loved all the hotel selection except for our last Night at U Choice Hotel. The hotel is in a great location but the rooms needs to be renovated and the beds were as hard as rock. We had a wonderful trip and definitely would recommend Yunnan International. Tip: Bring tissue/soap for the Bathroom

We had a very nice trip (on a private basis) organized by Travel Around Yunnan. Choices of destinations/small historic towns and points of interest (e.g. stone forest, rice paddy fields/terraces, mountains, rivers, etc.), hotels/guest houses and restaurants were perfect and met our expectations. The guides we had were friendly and knowledgeable. We also had good drivers with clean comfortable cars. We highly recommend this agency since we were very satisfied of the services provided and their responsiveness.

Thanks to Celeste from Travel Around Yunnan, who organized a 3-week round trip through China. We were in Beijing, Lhasa, Guilin and most of time in Yunnan. The hotels we booked ourselves. Celeste has patiently and promptly reply our many questions Before the trip answered, everything has worked well during the trip, the guides in the individual cities were nice and very Competent and she also has to deal with details such as restaurant reservations, seating in the airplanes or showtickets On my wife's birthday, her travel agency kindly invited us to dinner. We were with the organization very satisfied.

Our Yunnan trip was well organized from our first email contact with Celeste. She made excellent suggestion on additional days that we wished to add on. Hotels were great. Guides and transportation always on time for meeting us. I really believe that our trip covered all the Yunnan highlights places that we wanted to visit in China and more.

The trip was well organized and the the guide was friendly, funny and helpful. He knew which walk to take to see the best parts of the Stone Forest while avoiding bigger crowds (it was eraly within the weel though anyways). In Yuanyang he knew which ways to hike an offered different routes we could chose from according to skills and time. Skip the mongolian village it's not really worth going, rather go to a different place. In general it was a nice trip and worth paying because we didn't have to waste time on oraganizing how to get where and what to do there.

We choose the 22 days Tour and our travel in Yunnan was a wonderful travel, with a perfect organisation, exellent guides and what to say about our drivers, excellent professionals and person. No enough words to define this region. We enjoyed people, minority ethnic groups, culture, landscapes, everything! A true dream for all of us. Renee has been an excellent manager and has taken care of us in all moment. Also when, due to the weather, she had to change our itinerary in the last moment. Travel around Yunnan, represented by Renne, proposed a 1st draft of the trip that we, then, amended. The program was fine tuned together with Renee. She finally assigned a driver and different guides, arranged train tickets when necessary and booked the hotels we chose. We paid 70% in advance and the balance during the trip, which seems totally fair. We visited Shangri-la, Lijiang, Shaxi, Dali, Kunming. One week is short but we got a great overview of Yunnan. The selection of restaurants is at 90% spot on, the guides were super competent and friendly. Hiking, visits of Temples, cities old towns, grottos, monasteries... all that was fantastic! Yunnan has an astonishing nature, marvellous landscapes, and overwhelming cultural elements of the so called minorities (Tibetan, Bai, Nahki,...). Don't miss it. We had a great time there.

Our trip to Yunnan was very successful and certainly met our expectations. The contact with the agency in China and especially with agent Renne was perfect ,,, the trip as a whole and choosing the sites of the trip was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Everywhere we arrived a guide and driver were waiting for us and we did not stop at all. The selection of instructors was excellent and their level of instruction in English was perfect. Dear Renne, We will be happy to participate again in the future on trips to China when you plan and manage them And of course we recommend you and your company to all our acquaintances and friends.

I was there with my 66-year-old mother and a 5-year-old baby. Everything was nicely organised. Tour guides were informative, helpful, sweet and enthusiast. They even went out of the way to organise an extra accommodation for us before our train journey from Lijiang back to Kunming free of charge. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you for a great first time in China.

Generally good, the food, road transfer, guide in Lijiang and Dali. One thing need to mention about the service which impressed us is the Yuanyang village Xuanran introduced to visit. It’s a remote one and there we saw an authentic Chinese countryside, how they live in this tremendous Yuanyang rice terraces, and the lovely faces of little young girls here.

I'm back home now and just want to report an amazing trip I had. Totally, I was pleased with and that I enjoyed everything that i was doing, makes me filled. The guide Leo in Shangrila is knowledgeable and professional. Thanks for assembling a top notch team and a terrific itinerary for me.
