The quality of the service and recommendations have gone down. While still an OK agency be careful to review everything including location of hotels to where you want to go. They took care of everything , hotels transfers , domestic flights ( eventhough we booked with miles ). The hotel was great and I think was good value for the location , which is unbelievable . Everything went very well! Our English speaking guide was very considerate, our driver drove very well and carefully. Hotels were nice and well located. We had a great time! All was great, we did seek out and find a trip to the whale shark swimming which was a true highlight. Hotel meet and beat all our expectations, room was large and comfortable and the facilities and service great. No real improvements to have.
