We did two transfers with them: one from the airport to our hotel and the second from our hotel to the high speed train station. Both times the drivers were available when we arrived and had a sign with our name. The driver that took us to the train station even helped us into the station and showed us where to go for our tickets. We found that very few people in Xi'an speak English and getting around can be chaotic and confusing so it was very reassuring to have such polite and helpful drivers. It made for a very pleasant and stress-free experience.

This was our second visit to Xi’an. Cindy was our guide in Xi'an and I cannot speak highly enough of her! She organised transport for us and gave us suggestions of places to visit and eat while we were not with her. Cindy was very accommodating, even finding me a local laundry and picking up my clean clothes at the end of the day! She was flexible and keen to please, very knowledgeable about Xi'an and happy to share much of her knowledge with us. She is a great guide and I wish her every success!

The private tour is awesome!!! Before touring Xi'an with my guide Cindy, I had been on many group tours to different cities in China. Group tours leave you feeling hurried and distant from anything real. Cindy was my first personal tour guide experience and with her it is much, much different. I felt privileged to be able to roam around Xi'an with her. Cindy will immediately feel like your friend, but at the same time she stays professional enough to explain what you are seeing.

I was lucky to have the time to enjoy 5 fabulous days in Xi'an and had the absolute pleasure of Cindy showing me all the great sites and many not so obvious or usual things to see and do as well. She has a vast wealth of knowledge and with the driver got us where we were going quickly and comfortably. I was never pushed for time and finishing later than anticipated didn't seem to present a problem. Could not recommend her more highly! Of course see Terracotta Warriors but also ride a bike around the city wall, check out the wonderful street food stalls, the pagodas, the temples and the art museum and and and ... But for me the crowning highlight was I had the vivacious Tina to spend a long day in atrocious weather guide me up Huashan (and down again). The only wet day in a 3 week trip. No matter the weather, DO IT! It is awe-inspiring in every regard: the very fast fast train, spectacular scenery, amazing cable car engineering, exhilarating (read 'hard work') walking and very romantic. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Best day of my trip! So for both of them I am very thankful. The best value, most sincere and obliging of private guides compared to the ones I had in Shanghai and Beijing. Cheers.
