The Terracotta Xian tour with 2 other optional destinations in China was a very memorable one. It was made possible with the help of our guide, Julia Zhang. Our first impression of her was that she looked more like a teacher because of the way she stood up- always straight. And her manner of speaking was straight forward and almost business-like. But, as time progressed, we got to know the real Julia- kind and always helpful. She was very patient as she always waited for our companion who always had to rest because of the long walk. We were also impressed with Julia's mastery of English. We thought she studied the language in some Western English speaking country; she studied it in China. When we were having a difficult time conversing in the restaurants and souvenir shops, Julia always came to our rescue. As for the Terracotta, Golden Goose Pagoda and Xian Walls tour- all of them were amazing! Thanks to Julia's extensive knowledge of the Qin dynasty- the time when all those places were built by other than, China's 1st emperor- Shi Huang Ti. We would also like to thank our operator, Catherine Lu and driver, Lee. Without them, our memorable Xian experience would not have been made possible. Xiexie, xiexie!

Incredible tour, and incredible guides- Agnes the guide and Chao the driver. Took us all around the city showed us some amazing views and history from the city. Anything we wanted to do they would take us and also recommend great stuff to do. Highly recommend

What an incredible day! From the beginning, Agnes (tour guide) and Chao (driver) were waiting in the lobby at the start time. We then had a short drive to the warriors, where Agnes provided history about Xi’an and the warriors. Agnes guided us through the 3 exhibition pits, providing in depth knowledge at every stage, with plenty opportunities to ask questions. Agnes then took us to a great Chinese restaurant for lunch, which was absolutely amazing. We then had the option to go into the main city and watch a cultural performance about the Silk Road for an extra fee. We jumped at this opportunity. Agnes guided us through the city, again providing history along the way. We then went to the show, which was nothing like we had seen before. Absolutely phenomenal performances. Agnes was extremely helpful navigating the markets and street food stalls for us. Chao was a great driver and was always ready for us when we were ready for the next location. Agnes is the best tour guide we have ever had and we would recommend booking this tour for anyone visiting Xian.

Maria was very knowledgeable, personable, and fun. She used her excellent English skills to explain complex historical and cultural concepts easily. We appreciate the care and time she took to ensure this trip was memorable for my family and me.

Our tour guide Agnes was wonderful! She explained everything so well. We learned so much about the warriors and we had a chance to do two more things. We went to the bampo museum first which was interesting. Then we spent a lot of time at the warriors. We ended at the wild goose pagota which was beautiful!

The place indeed is amazing but Becky our our guide made it even better. She was well organized and called us day before to confirm details. She gave us lot of background and also suggested nice local dishes for us to try. The place ofcourse was worth visiting and I would suggest everyone interested in history to go see this place atleast once

My family and I only had one full day in Xi’an and this was a great way to see three iconic landmarks of the city without having to worry about transportation, tickets, language barriers, etc. Our lovely tour guide Rosa had a wealth of knowledge about Xi’an and the city’s history. For lunch, she took us to a local restaurant where we enjoyed yummy handmade noodles and other Chinese cuisine. Rosa and our personal driver were reliable and took good care of us the whole day. Highly recommend this day tour to get a taste of Xi’an.

A very charismatic and well informed guide, particularly about Chinese history and the city history too. Revisiting the Terracotta Warriors “the 8th Wonder of the World”, the Xi’an Banpo museum (a Neolithic archaeological site) and the Big White Goose Pagoda.
