Linda was a great tour guide. She taught us a lot about the history of xi’an. She was friendly and considerate. We had a great time and would highly recommend this tour!

Fabulous guide who spoke great English and was very informative- car picked us up on time and whole thing was well organised from start to finish . Enough time to see everything at the museum and back in our hotel by 12.30

This tour exceeded our expectations thanks to our guide, Rosa! She’s super knowledgeable and used the time on the way to the terracotta soldiers to give us a history lesson to put everything into perspective. She has a great sense of humor and was able to answer any questions we came up with. The tour is well paced and the spot we went to for lunch was better than we could’ve hoped for on a non-food focused tour!

It was a lovely evening spent exploring the Xi’An culinary streets with Jie/Richard. He was a lovely and friendly host, so engaging and didn’t tire of all the questions. His communication before the event was good and overall, it was a really wholesome, enlightening and fun cultural experience. I would recommend him to anyone going to Xi’An for his professionalism, friendly nature and kindness.

Tour was excellent. Rosa (Ms Wang) is AMAZING. Rosa communicated clearly and eloquently in English and Chinese. Her English in particular I found was probably the best of all our tours in China - because she is very clear and paces her content well. It felt like how a teacher approaches content and I really enjoyed her little stories, examples and info about many elements of the TerraCotta army that I would not have found in a lot of books. We had 2 adults and 2 bi-lingual kids and we all felt included in the stories and little details about Xian and the terracotta soldiers. You seamlessly communicated in both languages and I appreciated that immensely. Thanks Rosa for your professionalism and advice in Xian. It was a great trip and our whole family loved the tour. The place is rammed with people jostling for photo space but is a spectacular museum. Rosa was a really informative guide sharing the history and culture from a local perspective which made the experience more interesting

Rosa was a very good guide, very kind and helpful, she patiently and clearly explained a lot of information about Chinese and xi’an history. The tour is well organised and we were able to see everything and return on schedule.

This place deserves to be a UNESCO protected site. It is truly amazing and at the same time mysterious. One can only imagine if the farmer had not hit the exact location of one of the soldiers, we would not see this marvelous work of art. That said, to comprehend better the history here, you need a great guide and we were lucky to get Julia to teach us about this place during the full day. She knows her work and along of that, she also is so kind and patient. This was a great day because of her his work.. now, her driver is a bit crazy, but she got us there and back still alive :)

Richard is very knowledgeable and friendly with kids and my kids love him too! We visited Teracotta museum of warriors and horses, Great wall and Muslim quarters. We learnt alot from him in terms of Chinese history and culture. He expertly navigate through crowded areas and ensure we keep up with the pace and that no one is left behind. He is fluent with English and patiently helped us with translation with the locals. Thank you Richard and his partner driver!
