- 1Pick up from your Xi’an hotel at around 8am. Then, drive for about 2 hours to Huashan Mountain which is also known as "Number One Precipitous Mountain throughout China" and famous for natural vista of steep and narrow paths, precipitous crags and a high mountain range. The five peaks of Mt. Huashan are a landmark attraction and each has its distinctive charms. East Peak is the best place to enjoy the sunrise, South Peak has the highest altitude, West Peak is the most elegant, North Peak is famous and known as the Cloud Terrace Peak, and Middle Peak that is also called Jade Lady Peak. You will take the cable car from east gate and go up to North Peak. The tour guide will transfer you back to the hotel to conclude the trip.
About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- leannetD2077OW0 contributionsGood info to knowThe Kung Fu display is not indoors atm so be prepared to sit in the hot sun to watch this. No shade and very uncomfortable. Apparently temporary but should have catered for the comfort of the visitors with shade sails etc. Otherwise very interesting place but as usual be prepared for a lot of walking.Written May 17, 2024
- Bill B0 contributionsIncredibly maintainedWe took this tour as we wanted to get a full experience of China…Buddhist temples, tea plantations and then a Shaolin Temple. We were not disappointed at all. The temple is so well maintained as are the grounds. So clean! We toured much of the gardens and learned so much. We also stayed for the Kung Fu demonstration which was incredible.Written April 21, 2024
