It was the oldest and largest temple in 18 townships. According to the history, the Tan Wai Temple was built in 1052 and had been restored in 1736 and 1862. Yan Wai temple is a typical Ming and Qing architectural style, pay attention to grandeur, and is the crystallization of the convergence of various carving art cases in China. Its main building is slightly trapezoidal, covers an floor of 2200 square meters, sits north. The wood carving in the temple is very delicate, the head door is made of wood carving craft components, carving auspicious decorations, all over the gold color.
