By coincidence, the group tour consisted of just me and your guide Roberta. Starting in the morning fog, Roberta was very personable and extremely knowledgeable of the city and region. She was well- prepared with visual aids and engaging. I learned a lot about Timisoara and its historical significance, as well as some local color and flavor. Extremely happy with experience, as sun burned off fog and a beautiful warm autumn morning to have fun and learn.

Ludovic was a knowledgeable, funny, and engaging tour guide. It was my partner’s first time in Timisoara and he was left in awe of the city’s rich history and architecture. Ludovic was able to answer every question my partner and I asked and more! Ludovic also provided recommendations for tours of other Romanian cities. This is my family’s third time organizing a personal tour of Timisoara and I recommend it to natives as much as I do to tourists!

My recent visit to Timisoara included the Settler’s Tour, the Classic Tour and the Revolution/Communist Tour. All three tours were not only informative but also very enjoyable. Roberta Rosa of Timisoara City Tours wove a compelling presentation of the history of Timisoara, the Banat and the Communist times with her own personal stories of her family’s history and their struggles. Everything was superlative. Ludovic is a very good guide, he has the gift of storytelling, he captured us from the first and we received a lot of informations about the history of the city of Timisoara. It was an unforgettable experience, I can't wait to repeat this experience, of course with him.

Dan was a fantastic guide. He did not cancel even though it was raining on and off, and he showed us the highlights of the center of Timişoara and gave us a lot of history of the city. He answered our questions and interacted with all of us in a personal way.

Ludovic was an excelent guide - funny and very knowledgeable. This guided tour was part of our business trip to Timisoara and helped us to understand the city´s history a little better. This restaurant is still our favorite memory. This was my second time here. I ate here in 2023, and wanted to return. The menu is simple In their simplicity, the gentle flavors stand out and don’t get confused and overwhelmed. And our favorite wine we had here as well. The owner is very sweet and welcoming.

Learning about Timisoara was finding out how different races and different religions can coexist in a peaceful way. The result of this is an innovative and vibrant culture that has endured through the oppression of communism. The buildings, statues, and places provided the stage for an excellent performance by our guide. He skillfully revealed stories about the places and people of Timisoara. This was a great tour.

The guys were very nice to let me join a tour the day after mine was scheduled. My flight was cancelled and I missed my original time! The tour was FASCINATING and humorous and I wish I could have spent more time but I had to catch a bus to Sibiu! Do not hesitate to book this tour!!!
