I contacted this company for a simple inter-city relocation. Everything would have been fine, but the change in price after the journey came as a nasty surprise. The company promises - and I quote - "The price for your intercity transfer is fixed and includes all taxes". But in my case, for some reason, when I arrived, it turned out that I owed this, that and the other. In the end, it turned out to be ten per cent more than what I had been told. Not fatal, but unpleasant. You don't get regular customers that way.

User-friendly website, as written here, everything is very easy to check out and book, however that's where the pros end. I am extremely disappointed with the services of this company. My transfer was disrupted due to the violation of all deadlines, and I received no apology or compensation. Nothing but rudeness on the part of the company!

During our recent trip to Bucharest, my wife and I booked a "standard sedan" with Primus Trans for our hotel-to-airport transfer. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. When the car arrived, it wasn't the "standard sedan" we had reserved but a flashy new Mercedes. The driver explained that there was an issue with the availability of standard cars, so they sent a "Business" car instead. While the car was nice, this was not what we had booked or expected. We made light of the situation, joking about the unexpected luxury, BUT our amusement quickly turned to frustration upon reaching the airport. The driver demanded that we pay the "Business" rate!! This was completely unfair, as the mix-up was THEIR fault, not ours. Instead of providing a complimentary upgrade as any reputable company would, they decided to exploit the situation and OVERCHARGE us. To make matters worse, the driver showed no understanding or remorse for the inconvenience. We were in a rush to catch our flight and had no choice but to pay the inflated fare. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and I strongly advise against using Primus Trans. Their lack of professionalism and customer care is appalling. Avoid this company at all costs!

Easily booked trips on line. We were group of 5 and booked private transport from airport to city hotel then transport to Braşov then from Braşov to Bucharest airport . Excellent service on time in comfortable minivans . Friendly drivers and Gabriel did both Braşov transfers and was super helpful. Highly recommend company for your transport needs .

On 11 July I arrived in Bucharest Opoteni Airport, The company that was suppose to transport me to my hotel was unable to I called the travel company and after some time they were able to have Primus Trans and they sent someone to pick me up. The Driver Michal was very nice and a very good representative for their company I had a very good ride to the hotel and would use Primus trans again in the future. thank you for such good service

Excellent company with excellent customer service. We needed last minute transportation and happened to find Primus Trans and we were so lucky! They took us from Bucharest to Sinaia, then back to Bucharest and also did an airport transfer to Otopeni at the end of our trip. The office staff was extremely responsive and communicative, sending us our confirmations and driver information right away. And the drivers were extremely professional and lovely, especially for some longer drives. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for transportation in Romania.

I had the chance to visit Transylvania with Andrei, an outstanding guide who knows perfectly well the essential places of this magnificent region of Romania. This complete two-day tour allowed me to discover the medieval cities of Biertan and Sighisoara, the castles of Peles and Bran (Dracula), the historic center of the city of Brasov and the monastery of Sinaia. Andrei has always listened to me. He answered all of my questions. He is a very good driver. The trip in his comfortable vehicle was very pleasant. He is also very sympathetic. Great trip to beautiful locations with very friendly, well English speaking driver, who brought us to the loveliest places and told us about the Romanian history. We had private trip and it was really amazing. We recommend this trip to everyone and it’s really a full day trip out of Bucharest.

I used the service both ways. Arriving in Bucharest, my flight was 3.5 hours delayed, but when I finally got there, the driver was right where he was supposed to be, meeting me despite the delay. The ride to my hotel was smooth, the driver spoke English very well and even gave me a briefing about the city. Likewise, on the way back to the airport, the driver arrived promptly at the hotel, spoke English well, and the ride to the airport was smooth despite heavy traffic. I found Primus Trans excellent both in terms of prices and reliability. My emails were promptly asnwered. I paid in cash, in euros, to the driver, so no prepayment was required.

I have been using Primus Trans for many years and each time the service was excellent and faultless, they are always my first choice and I trust them completely. Always flexible, efficient and available. Recommended without reservation!
