Lovely day out with Mihai, very diverse, from a tremendously deep and impressive salt mine to a culturally Hungarian village, all set in beautiful and peaceful Romanian countryside. Mihai was knowledgable and knows all the right spots including excellent restaurants.

Would definitely recommend this as a great way to start a stay in Cluj. The guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic and as a local gave insights you won’t find in a guidebook. At just over two hours the duration is just right. Would recommend!

Very interesting walk around central Cluj-Napoca with knowledgeable and charming guide Adrian. Asked our preferences and then showed appropriate sights and answered all our questions both about Cluj and the country.

A fantastic day out. The salt mine is very interesting and well worth a visit. Our children enjoyed it too, especially playing the table tennis and other activities inside the mine. The countryside around Coltesti is beautiful, as is the old Hungarian village of Rimetea. We went on a weekday which meant we had the place to ourselves. Our guide George was incredibly patient and kind and answered all of our questions. I really recommend this experience.

An excellent day out, well organised and varied. The Turda Salt mine is really impressive and we arrived before the crowds. We enjoyed our lunch and had a nice walk around Rimetea village. Our guide, Radu, was friendly and very informative about the places we saw. We particularly enjoyed the hike to the Coltesti Fortress. Can recommend this company to provide an enjoyable and competitively priced day trip from Cluj.

Superb trip, fabulous guide. Get it on your ‘must do’ list. Make sure you wear some suitable shoes for walking. Lovely lunch stop off with traditional foods

The walking tour was great! I learned a lot of fun facts and historical information. I really enjoyed George’s vast knowledge of the city. I would highly recommend requesting George!

Bit messy and not enough information but very nice guide. Unfortunately it was 3.5 hours but we had a coffee since the weather was cold.

Excellent tour! Our guide was so knowledgeable. There was no rush as we made our way to the mines and took the hike. He showed us so many wonderful things on the city walk and in the mines and on the hike. It was such a fun day!

Danielle was our tour guide , her knowledge of the historical sites was very detailed and impressive. Danielle conducted the tour with a lot of enthusiasm which made the whole experience very real for us. I would highly recommend anyone to do this tour and a great start to your stay in Cluj.

If I could get 10 out of 5 I would. Daniella was the greatest. No only did she spend 2.5 hours with us telling us all about her beautiful city, but she recommended an Italian place for pizza that was outstanding! The day was just about perfect, as perfect as you can get. Highly recommended, and ask for Daniella! Great English, friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible for what you might be most interested in.
