After working for over two years with different Cruise Ship Lines providing tours, we decided to offer a customize experience that will fit from your arrival time to your departure time (specially made for Cruise Ship travelers) On the booking list you will see different starting times: 7am, 8am, 9am and so on... this times are referential, what we do is set a direct communication with you trough Viator or email or whatsapp for the best time to pick the group which always is the earliest time.
We are able to customize a group or private tour experience including all the main archeological sites accordingly to your available time in our Home town.

Pickup details- This tour is designed only for Cruise Ship visitors, on the name Customize full day tour means that we adjust to the arrival time of the Cruise Ship, for example: If the Cruise Ship arrives at 8am. we Will be waiting for all our passengers from 7am. If the Cruise Ship arrives at 11am. we will be waiting from 10am. and so on... It is very important to provide the arrival and departure time so we could arrange a pick up, we know that in our offer you could find several times to start the tour, but it is advisable to participate on the communication that we will have about the pick up time.

I can thoroughly recommend this tour. I arranged it online with Julio in advance and his English and communication was excellent. It was fairly priced and excellent value. We had a small group of 6 and we’re collected at the port gates by a minibus with the delightful and very knowledgeable Cynthia as our guide. We packed a lot into the day - between 8.30-4 we visited Huaca de La Luna and museum, the town centre and cathedral, a local market, Chan Chan and museum, and finished at the beach. We didn’t have much time there, as we had to return to the ship, but some of the group managed a very quick meal of some excellent ceviche at the recommended restaurant. Julio even provided us with a super cool drone video and group photo. Thank you Julio, Cynthia and our driver for a memorable tour.

We loved the day with Julio and Cynthia! We visited two amazing archaeological sites, Chan Chan and La Huaca de la Lunes and La Huaca del Sol, narrated very clearly, audibly, and intelligently by Cynthia. The drive to and from the port through the countryside to the sites and through Trujillo was scenic and easy to view from the coach, and it too was well-narrated by Cynthia. We stopped for almost an hour in Trujillo at Plaza de Armas and toured the house of Simon Bolivar's stay, and even had time to take a snack and wander around the plaza and shop if you wished. Both Julio and Cynthia and other staff were very attentive, friendly, and professional during the tour, and the communication in advance with Julio was excellent. It was a day packed full of information and beauty. We definitely recommend this tour and the company. It was a highlight of our visit to Peru.

I joined this tour as a solo traveler from a cruise ship. Julio, our guide, was in contact with me prior to arrival via WhatsApp and he gave me great directions to find the meeting place. Our day was jammed full of culture, archeological ruins, museums and historical information that really allowed me to gain a rich understanding of Peru. Everything about the tour was wonderful from the guide, to the driver to the many stops throughout the day.

The archeological sites were definitely worth visiting. I had the impression that the tour would be private since the title indicated it could be customized; however, it was with a large group of people, in a tour bus. Our guide was very attentive and worked hard to help everyone have a good time. His English was okay; I was able to get the gist of what he was saying, but there was no nuance or depth in the narration due to the limited English proficiency.
The main reason for the 2-star review is the company's lack of integrity. Several in our group got sick the night before the tour and couldn't participate. The manager, Julio, told me verbally and in writing that those who got sick would receive a partial refund. However, after making these promises, he simply stopped communicating with me and has never issued the partial refund. If he had explained that no refund was possible and pointed me to a policy, that would have been different. But to promise the refund and then ghost me is unacceptable.

We did a lot of tours when in South America, this one was really good! Julio was unbelievable, he asked about our interests and made recommendations to plan out our day. During the long day we frequently changed our plans as we learned more. Nothing was to much or too little, Julio did it all! He also knew the major (big bus) tour schedule so we planned to avoid crowds. His English skills were superb, as was his local knowledge. Being a world traveler, he had great insights on everything we saw - including a local festival with rare horses. For some temple sites, only local certified guides can do the tour, but Julio handpicked them too! Highly recommended!!! And, yes, we saw all the places in the photos in 1 day!

Booked 8:30 tour but we’re told to meet at 8 so we could see everything. Caught first shuttle as requested. But all tour times went together meaning we waited well over an hour to past 9:30 to begin. Hard to understand. No commentary on todays living during very long drives, just history at archeological sites. Did not see colonial house or museum. Wasted time at beach. No time or opportunity to buy lunch. Lots of walking.

A lovely day highlighted by visits to Chan Chan and the Temple of the Sun, and Temple of the Moon. All archeological sites that Lonely Planet considers to be must see's in northern Peru.
Julio and company were very professional and thoughtful.
Added bonus was the chance to have a lovely ceviche lunch and pisco sours at the beach!

Julio was amazing! He was very good at communicating with us before the tour and the day of the tour. And the guide he provided, Cynthia, was an outstanding guide and knew her history very well. We went to Chan Chan and the Temple of the Moon on this tour and Cynthia provided lots of information and history totally from memory. We also visited Trujillo. I give Julio and Cynthia 5 stars. The only reason I gave the overall experience 4 stars was because of 2 guests from the cruise ship who decided to eat breakfast late and made the whole tour late which then made us have to skip part of the itinerary. While I appreciate very much that Julio did not want to leave anyone behind, these guests put him in a bad spot and made 30 other people wait! Aside from that, the tour was excellent!

Cynthia, our guide was amazing and so helpful. We saw and did so much on this full day tour. A truly wonderful time, and so professional. Don't even consider using anyone other than thus company.
