They called us the evening before at our hotel to confirm they would come to pick us up, they helped us with the papers to complete to cross the Bolivian border. The lunch was included and we could have chosen our main course. We have been taking in charge all the way until our hotel in La Paz and our guide was very nice and helpful. Excellent tour, the islands are wonderful and the residents make you feel comfortable with their great hospitality. Taquile offers you formidable views of Lake Titicaca.

Excellent service, very punctual at departure and arrival times. They fulfilled everything offered on the tour. ManĂş (guide) is very nice and taught us many things about the history of the Islands. Recommended. Don't forget to visit the Lake, it was worth traveling to the Lake after going to Machu Pichu.

This was a good tour and delivered what it promised. The boat was comfortable and boarding process went quickly and easily. It’s a long boat ride out to the floating islands. Pretty amazing to see what they’ve done, though in some ways I felt I was at Disney (the ride on the straw boat that simply circled the island). I did not like being taken by the hand to see a specific house— would prefer to just wander and peak in (though I know they are trying to sell their things and hope the personal connection will help sell stuff. ). The next stop at Taquilles Island (?) was good as well. Lunch was delicious. Entertainment was so-so… dancers seemed less-than enthusiastic… but maybe they were tired. Boat ride back was relaxing and right on time. I guess I thought we would see more floating islands, but did not….

Excellent customer service from the first contact, everyone was very friendly and professional, we hired the shuttle from the train station and then to the airport as well as the tour of Sillustani and Uros and Taquile. Thank you very much to the people who took care of our transports and excursions, everything was better than we expected! 100% recommended

We cannot recommend this trip with Puno tours more - learnt so much about life on the Uros islands from the islanders themselves and loved Taquile island - so beautiful. Wish we had spent a night there. Manuel was a great guide. Wilson and his team went over and above to help us with our onward travel to the Colca Canyon.

Wilson offered a 5 star service. It was actually unbelievable. The level of care and reliability was next level. Organised a tour for me on VERY short notice, reliably got back for when my bus was leaving, was waiting for me at the port with my luggage, drove me to the bus station, realised my ticket was incomplete and helped me correct it. Unbelievable, highly recommend

We had a wonderful time on this tour of lake Titicaca, Uros and Tequila island. Puno tours did a great job of keeping everything organized and on schedule. Our tour guide Hugo was very passionate and informative in explaining the history of the region, the late and the culture of the people living on Uros and Taquile islands. The hotel pickup and drop off was seamless. The included lunch at Taquile was average for vegetarians. It consisted of soup (which was good) and a main course of omelette , rice and salad. Since these are remote islands inhabited by people rooted in their culture and traditions one should set expectations accordingly. Overall, my family concluded that this was a good informative tour.

Very interesting tour. The first island is a historic journey showing how people still live there.
The second island has more structure and beautiful landscapes. The lunch was very good.

It was great! Wilson's support at all times made me feel welcome at home. The guides are very friendly and warm. Take a first tour with them which is the uros and taquile, for the good experience then take the Copacabana + Isla del Sol tour. Lastly I wanted to go to the Titicaca Castle and they did a private service for me.
Wilson made sure the experience was very safe, especially for someone traveling alone!! 100% recommended!! The price is fair.
