- archanks0 contributionsExcellent tour of Uros and TequileExcellent tour that is worth the money! we got picked up in the morning and got a very detailed tour of Uros as well as Tequile island. Samuel our guide was very knowledgeable and his English was excellent. He constantly checked in on us and answered all our questions. We also didn’t feel any pressure to buy more things or do more than we wanted The boat itself was very comfortable and we both had a wonderful timeWritten September 17, 2024

Our guides were incredibly knowledgeable and courteous and went out of their way to show us the beautiful culture and scenery of Lake Titicaca. - G6976TVbeckyl0 contributionsBeautiful Lake & Island⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visiting Lake Titicaca, Uros, and Taquile Island was an unforgettable experience! The sheer beauty of the lake, surrounded by the Andes, is breathtaking. The floating Uros islands, made entirely of reeds, are fascinating, and learning about the unique lifestyle of the Uros people was incredibly enriching. Taquile Island, with its stunning views and vibrant culture, offered a glimpse into the deep traditions of the local community. The hospitality of the islanders was heartwarming, and the traditional crafts and textiles are must-see. This trip was a perfect blend of nature, culture, and history. Highly recommended!Written August 25, 2024

- Roving650707631380 contributionsOur best trip so far!We had an amazing tour guide named Samuel who spoke fluent English, Spanish and the native languages. This was a great asset to get to know the different cultures and be able to communicate with the native inhabitants. Samuel was very knowledgeable, informative and funny and we got to know Peru in a whole different light. The natives cooked traditional meals for us and made us feel very welcome. Staying in a traditional house was an interesting and cozy experience. I would fully recommend the tour! (also our boat driver was better than the one from the titanic :))Written August 19, 2024
- TamirN_130 contributionsIsland trip is a mustPuno and Lake Titicaca are both not easy places to get to but this tour to the floating islands was well worth the travel. Our guide Richard was very experienced and had a connection with local island folks which made our experience all the more magicalWritten August 16, 2024
- Kelleybklyn0 contributionsAn amazing experienceAfter the long train ride from Cusco to Puno the day before, we were dragging and questioning whether another early wake up and tour was worth it. It really was! Lake Titicaca and the islands are unmissable. Our guide Samuel grew up on an island and personally understood the traditional Indigenous cultures and languages of the islanders we meet. We honestly could not have asked for a better experience.Written August 13, 2024

Punctual and interesting tour!
The only negative point is the discomfort of the bathrooms (lack of water, cleaning and paper) on the way (boat and stopping places too).

Very interesting tour. We saw how the communities of Uros and Taquila live, their habits and their culture. Good food included.
The reason for it not being excellent (5 stars) is the discomfort of the bathroom on the boat and in the stopping places, as there is no toilet paper, water and good cleaning. The guides are very good and attentive. Tour not recommended for people with physical difficulties because you have to climb a trail on Tequila Island with a considerable incline and also at a high altitude.
