We arrived at the airport and the driver was nowhere to be found, we had to take a taxi. Very bad experience and definitely not recommended

This was a great day out! I had never been on a speed boat before and I loved it, it could get a bit bumpy but all part of the experience. We went to a waterfall first and saw monkeys living their best life, even stopped and shared snacks with them. Then it was out onto open water and the lighthouse island we also saw dolphins along the way, we had a lovely lunch on the beach and went to a souvenir market. Excellent driver, who picked me up near my accomodation and kindly took me to a different accomodation at the end of the day. A really interesting variety of places, the garden is very relaxing and beautiful. I do recommend getting something at the tea factory, whilst it may seem expensive it is definitely worth it. Thoroughly recommend this.

Excellent tour guide (Jean Philip) friendly informative and most of all we had the greatest time of our life in Mauritius... I would definitely recommend you to my friends and family from Nigeria... they already seen all my posts though lol and are really excited to come for you tours ...Merci !!!!

Pick up upon our arrival went smoothly. The driver was on time and safe. The return, however, was a different story and not a way we wanted our lovely holiday to end. We requested a pick up that would have us at the airport two hours before our scheduled departure. We received word, after the driver was already 20 minutes late picking us up, that our driver would arrive momentarily, so we waited. And we waited, and we waited some more. Our hotel called the driver and was told he was in an accident and that a new driver would be arriving soon. This wasn't true as the original driver FINALLY showed up one hour and ten minutes late to take us to the airport. Again, our amazing hotel called the airlines and told them we were on our way. The airlines said they'd keep the desk open 15 minutes late for us (and they did). We literally JUST made our flight. It was an anxiety-filled, nerve-wracking and very upsetting one hour ride to the airport. The worst part is that there was no explanation from the driver or from John at Mauritius Booking as to why he was late and why they didn't inform us earlier, so that we could have used the hotel airport service or called a taxi. We paid in advance, but I would have paid another service for peace of mind. I don't like giving such a low rating, but the communication after this debacle was non-existent and frankly very, very disappointing.

Picked up on time from our hotel, our driver was very informative throughout and was happy to answer our questions. We never felt rushed in any of our visits and he drove very safely throughout our trip. Although the weather was awful, he always ensured that an umbrella was available to try and keep us dry . Highly recommend this trip, saw some beautiful and good variety of places. ++ Mosquito Repellent is a must !

In general from a tardiness & pickup experience everything was like clock work & professional, our driver who collected us was from the airport when we landed was very oblivious that he had passengers with him as his was quite reckless when driving & speeding consistently. Would a use them again, yes, John runs a tight ship & he took onboard my concerns from experience when we were collected & was always communicating with me.

Good communication and a great tour. The only issue was that a service provider to the tour company did not pitch up and we had to forgo part of the tour to the waterfall.

So disappointed with this trip which we thought was going to be the highlight of our holiday. Arrived on time with many other tourists and sat around for an hour while the crew faffed about. They spent half an hour loading the boats, why they didn't do this prior to the trip god only knows. The first part of the trip is dolphin watching. This consisted of around 25 -30 speedboats first looking for the dolphins, then using the boats to aggressively coral them. This was not nice to experience. Did catch a few glimpses of dolphins but very little really. Jumped in the sea to "swim" with them but you dont really see them, only shadows. Next stop Crystal island to snorkel. Pathetic, it's just a rock sticking out of the sea, maybe 3-4 metres wide. I swam around it twice and only saw approx 1 dozen fish, varieties which can be seen on most beaches in Mauritius. Finally Benitires Island, hated it. A small strip of sand which has dozens of long dining tables and logs to sit on.. Each table is for a particular charter boat. There is virtually nowhere to sunbathe, we found a spot but we were laying on tree roots most of the time which was uncomfortable to say the least. Pointless going in the water, there is nothing to see there and there are so many boats moored that there is little room. We spoke to 3 couples on our return and all said the same thing - rubbish. It is hard to understand why there are so many 5 star ratings, which makes me question if they are actual honest reviews or fabricated reviews.

I use Tipik for all my airport runs. They are always on time, the cars are always clean and the service is always friendly. Extremely reliable!

Had a great day snorkling, sightseeing and what a great skipper on boat. The crayfish and chicken at lunch really tasteful. Boat clean and excellent condition. Day can get long. Well worth the money.

We had a very nice day touring around the north of Mauritius. Our driver Lindley was very informative and a safe driver, and he waits for you while you go to the different sights. The only dissapointment during the day was the lunch.. the place we were taken to have lunch was obviously a real tourist trap with average food for sky-high prices. A meal for 2 people + 1 drink each for 45 euros.

It was a very very nice day. We saw a lot! The driver (Hansley) was excellent, very friendly and try to show us the best places. He was very open, communicative and very supportive. We would like to recommend the tour with five stars.

Our first experience with this company was an airport shuttle service to our first hotel in Mauritius. Lindley picked us up from the airport in the early morning. He was right on time, the car was very clean and he explained us all we wanted to know about the country. It was a really nice ride. After this good experience, we booked two other transfers and a full day private tour with Lindley. All trips were very nice, cause Lindley is a really nice driver. The communication with John was also really good. He even managed to organize a full day trip, we asked him just the night before. Also the price compared to other companies and taxi is really good. Next time we are in Mauritius we would definitely do our trips again with this company! Nice greetings, Andreas
