It was a 25min ride by grab out of Kuching. It costs 10 ringets to enter but worth it. We walked up the hill to the feeding platform (15 min) and we were saturated from humidity. Make sure you wear a hat. It was the cleanest place we have seen since in Borneo. We were lucky to see three smart creatures that wowed everyone with their presence. First the oldest Orangutan Seduku (47years)came from the wild to get the daily goodies of yummy fruits. Then another two came to a feeding ramp loaded with fresh papaya, pineapple and bananas. It was a privilege to see how clever these creatures are, as one of them reached for the next tree and the smaller one walked across his arm-and climbed down the rope to get the fruit😮 Absolutely worth a visit. And the staff there are doing a wonderful job of looking after these fascinating animals.

We did the 2 day 1 night trip to Bako National Park, and our tour guide for the experience was Jo. Throughout all of our travels, Jo was arguably one of the best guides we’ve ever had and he made our experience so special. He is extremely knowledgable, is a true professional and helped us spot all the wildlife we were hoping to see. He went the extra mile (waking up early etc) to ensure we’d get a glimpse of Bako’s amazing wildlife and nature. He also takes some great photos and makes some great videos which you can watch afterwards! Highly recommend booking this tour company if you’re looking to do Bako National Park, and I can imagine other trips are just as good!

We were 4 adults . We took an air conditioned taxi that cost us 180 ringgit total with an English speaking driver booked by the hotel . Value for money as the trip went through dense forests. They have preserved one longhouse with a few skulls courtesy ancient headhunters . There are some rooms in the longhouse which is modernised with internet connectivity, TV, electricity and all modern amenities offering home stays ( not worth it) . The Bidayun tribe members can be chatted with , mostly children and retirees. There is an entrance fee of 10 ringgit for which we were given no receipts or tickets . ( we were told entrance fee was 8 ringgit by our hotel staff after calling the longhouse!)The toilets could be better maintained .

We took this excellent tour on 7th February 2023, tour guide Mr. Joseph was very informative , jovial and flexible. We were picked from our hotel and this tour takes around 4 to 5 hours to explore the wetland and wildlife in Sarawak. Our boat Captain Mr. Wan Amin is a very knowledgeable man, he shared a lot of information about the habitat at the wildlife. We were so lucky to see the dolphins but just for a few seconds. Captain also patiently waited for dusk to fall and showed us the crocodiles and a few reflection of some crocodiles red eyes. Probocis monkeys too were spotted in the trees. We did see fireflies as well. Overall i highly recommend this tour for those who love nature. Not forgetting to mention Mr. David and his team are very attentive and responsive to any enquiry. Hi I took this package tour in November 2022 and just came back. The tour itself is ok but we wasted one hour due to fetching of another group of passengers making the duration at Sarawak Cultural Village very rushed. Instead of 4.5hrs I only had 3.5hrs there. The Semenggoh Wildlife Centre is a hit and miss thing as it is nature reserve so I was lucky to see 3 during fruiting season. The one thing that I liked and wanted to compliment was David's arrangement for Semenggoh Wildlife Centre. Because it was heavy thunderstorm in the afternoon, he arranged for us to join another group the next day morning for the wildlife centre and arranged for someone to drive us back while the rest of the tour moved on to Longhouse. Overall am glad to visit and see the place that I want to see. I hope the agency will consider providing more packages with different options for more mix and match options and hopefully will include options for airport pick-up as well. In that way, someone with a short itinerary can just use the agency for all its tour and transportation needs.

We just did 4 days of Borneo tour including a night spent in a traditional longhouse and two nights in Bako park. One of the most amazing experiences in Malaysia. The guides who works with David (we were with Musa and Alex) are truly kind and passionate people. Besides, they have deep knowledge of the area.. surely they are part of the journey. This is an excellent tour company which is very customer focused. The orangutan experience was fantastic - we saw 7 orangutans. The driver and guides at the park were friendly and very informative. Excellent value for money. Also went on the dolphin and crocodile boat trip. We really wanted to do this tour and the company made it possible when originally there was no space. Excellent tour again - saw loads of dolphins and a crocodile close up! I was very impressed with this company - their customer service was excellent as was the whole tour experience.

We had an enjoyable specially curated 7nights tour of Mulu and surrounding of Kuching including Semangoh, Bako and a long house visit with lunch. The guides for Mulu ATeng & Musa for Kuching are excellent. They sure know the place well and were with us on all the hiking trails. Both hotels Marriott in Mulu and Waterfront in Kuching were great. David and his team were fabulous. We didn’t get to meet David but he checked in with us regularly to ensure everything was going well. Joseph was our guide throughout and was informative, funny and flexible. We were picked up from airport later at night and taken to our accommodation. Next morning we went to Semarang wildlife reserve and saw 12 Orangutang 👍. After this we did a city tour before heading back to our accommodation. I’d unfortunately lost my credit card in an ATM and both Josef and David couldn’t have been more helpful in trying to contact the bank to retrieve it. Next day we headed back into town and went to the amazing Borneo Museum ( well worth a visit) before exploring more of the town and then going on sunset cruise. Josef then took us to a local restaurant where we enjoyed tasting some of the local dishes. Next morning we were due to go to the island and see the turtles as well as snorkel and check out the Irrawaddy dolphins however the weather turned just before we were about to get on boat. We were immediately offered the afternoon dolphin spotting and river cruise to see crocodiles , probiscus monkeys and fireflies. We were taken back to our accommodation but via a tour of the local village. The evening tour was lovely and although no Irrawaddy dolphins were spotted we saw probiscus monkeys and fireflies. On our last day we went to the Cultural Village which was amazing. It was great to have Josef as a guide as he knew many of the people in the various houses. The performance at 11:30 was brilliant. We spent 5.5 hours at the village then Josef dropped us back at our accommodation for a few hours before picking us up and taking us to the airport. Ooh Haa were professional, flexible and responsive to our needs at all times. Highly recommend

It was a very interesting trip to explore the wetland and wildlife in Sarawak . We didn’t manage to spot any dolphins, but we had a close encounter with the proboscis monkeys. We saw a big crocodile and reflection of some crocodiles’ red eyes. We also saw the fireflies - Christmas tree. Many blue crabs were spotted . Our guide Mr. Ben and captain Mr Wan Amin are very knowledgeable and shared lots of good information with us . We learned a lot from them about the wildlife . I highly recommend the trip .

We enjoyed all of it!There was variety (Kuching's surrounds and countryside,river cruise,sea rocks,trecking...)and beautiful views.The guides were perfect : punctual,dedicated,knowledgeable...a trip thatr can be recommended for all (one warning :even if there was only a "medium difficulty" trecking ,it might be too much for people with mobility problems)

We took the Wildlife Cruise , it was very well organized. We have a great meal during the Cruise. Staff was very helpfull. Totally recommend !

We had a brilliant experience- traveled up a river village and boarded a boat which took us along the river and out to the open sea and up to the Sea Stack rock formations. There were fascinating. Then we came ashore and trekked up and down through the forest although it seemed like jungle to us!) Although there were only 7 on the tour, we had two great guides Ganie and Musa. Ganie lead the trek and was multi lingual and very amusing and Musa brought up the rear. He was very supportive and kind to my wife would is not very steady on her feet. The guides showed us lots of wildlife including a wild boar, catfish, Long Tail Macca monkeys and the fantastic Proboscis monkeys. It was a great day out and would recommend it to everyone - all ages etc.
