Have organized company Trip and use the Company's services. The drivers are friendly and the person in charge have taken prompt action to help take care of sudden situation when help is required. Price is reasonable and will approach them for the service in the future if required.

Enjoyed a delightful evening with a skilled driver and tour leader. After a warm welcome with light snacks, we embarked on a journey to witness the proboscis monkeys. The highlight of the night was the mesmerizing sight of fireflies illuminating the darkness. An unforgettable and truly amazing trip.

We had a tour arranged with them at a very very short notice, like arrived KK at 2pm and then had the tour arranged by 14:30 We saw the Proboscis Monkey as well as a couple of other monkeys as we went around the river. We've got lucky to see the baby carriyng Proboscis Monkey even! Then there was rizzards, croc. The guide was knowledgable and helpful. Snack provided was good and the dinner served before the firefly outing was prentiful and delicious. In fact my wife who normally is very critical of various food commented that it may have been the best so far. Our boy 9yrs, who normally is rather picky eater, had a 2nd and even 3rd helping! There was a unfortunate incident of my leaving my iPhone behind on the bus, but the Office helped me getting the lost item back and the dirver/the guide got them all sorted in no time. Thank you very much and I cannot but reccomend these people whole heartedly.

Guide decided to change the order of our tour, did hot springs first.Avoid this bit as you will probably see the same and more in national park/ botanical gardens(going by other people who had been). They are NOT natural springs, they fill a bath tub for you to sit in. Butterfly garden big disappointment, saw more butterflies outside. If you do a tour and they want to do this bit first, DONT as you will run out of time to do national park and botanical gardens. Was really looking forward to national park but didn’t have time and we had to rush around botanical gardens, Very disappointed

I signed up for Pulau Tiga (Survivor Island) day trip with TYH. I would not go with them if i knew they practice fish feeding with human food at snorkeling site. The lunch food was horible, using the lowest quality chicken nuggets and sausages possible. I would rate them 1 if not for their friendly and helpful on island guides and on land driver. Mud volcano was the main reason I wanted to come here, such a cool experience to dip in the mud pool.

We spent 2 days in Kundangsang, and 3 days in KK. Tour was arranged quite last minute. TYH was recommended to us by Sabah Tourism Info office and they stepped up to help us out. We are thankful for their great help - John and Jessie, and the rest of their team - guides, drivers. Certainly a very memorable, unforgettable and happy vacation for us. Thank you 🙏🏻

I came to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Borneo for four days only so I decided to join some day or half days tours. I did some research in advance via the main online engines like Booking.com, Klook or Viator… Really let down by the three of them as in most of them had a minimum requirement of no less than two people I have been travelling alone for 30 years alone …now i would have thought would encourage travelling solo and applaud these people who do …very disappointing indeed. Then I approached someone at the hotel I was staying in that helped me get in touch local travel agency. Someone TYH Borneo called Farrah contacted me promptly. We discussed things together and we decided on three trips - Proboscis monkeys and fire flyers at Kleas mangrove where we were a small group and very lucky as we had Sam, our guide a knowledgeable professional and very friendly guy. Everybody liked him and he couldn’t do enough to help us. We were lucky too as we saw many proposcis monkeys, got great photos and learnt a lot about them and fire flies. - I also joined Kinabalu park, canopy walk and poring hot spring tour, another wonderful experience - Last but not the least I have joined a island hopping half a day tour to the island of Manukan for swimming and snorkelling. I have the privilege to be guided by a great young man Awang, on a private tour - I am thoroughly enjoying the time with swimming and snorkelling. - We are waiting in the jetty to go to Sapi island. We are going by speed boats, another little adventure. I could not recommend this company enough for their professionalism, friendliness, punctuality and above all excellent value for money, making my holiday here in Borneo something to remember for, in a long time.

TYH Borneo Tours & Travel gave us a good travel experience. We booked the tour last minute during Hari Raya but they were able to accommodate us. We were almost disheartened that we won't be able to secure a Proboscis Monkey and Fireflies River Cruise that day since it was a holiday. Thankfully, John accommodated us. The price is worth it. Easy going, relaxed vibe. We enjoyed our experience, especially at Sapi. The food provided was good and they picked us up from the hotel in the morning. I'm not sure the reason why, but we had to walk back to the hotel at the end of the day. That said, our guide walked with us to make sure we didn't get lost. Very nice young fellow.

Saw several proboscis monkeys luckily in the afternoon. The sunset very beautiful. First time in my life to see so many fireflies! The trip is absolutely worthy.

A group of 5 couples just returned home to KL today after our 6D/5N trip to KK and Kundasang. We had an experienced tour guide, Mr. Francis Liew, which made the trip even more enjoyable and memorable. He is very knowledgeable and took good care of us. Thank you Mr John Tan for the arrangements.

Enjoyed it all. I expected to be in a party but actually I had an individual guide. Make sure you take a few ringgit with you since there are extras you can pay for such as parascending, jet skiing, sea walking and banana boating. It's unlikely you can do them all in one trip. I just did the parascending. After you've done it once I think you can just buy boat tickets to the various islands. Also very easy to get sunburn when snorkelling so sensible to take a skinsuit, or at least a tee shirt you can wear in the water and some good sunblock.

I had a Disappointing experience. It was just me on the tour, no one else despite waiting for others to join. Guide started off friendly then wasn't and was actually quite rude and didn't seem to have any idea about the itinerary and was relying on another person to tell him. There was no tour - he bought my ticket, and that was about it. Then sent me off in a grab without even a goodbye at the end!Needs to work on his customer service and social skills. Lunch was cold and below average, would have preferred to have hot lunch and bought it on the day. The day itself was impacted by the guide and his attitude, and I left feeling like I paid a lot of money for a poor experience.
