TYH Borneo Tour boss John was very responsive to my enquiry on my tour itinerary, he was friendly and helpful in understanding and attend to my needs. He arranged a chinese tour guide as requested by me , as my friends from China only understand Mandarin. The experience was really a pleasant and relaxing , a lot of laughters with the tour guide Ah Wei who is knowledgeable and very informative when we were in mount Kinabalu. Most importantly, he is sincere to ensure we enjoy the tour and he is not like other tour guides ( commercial minded) only interested in commercial benefits for themselves. Thanks to TYH Borneo Tour boss John and the tour guide Ah Wei. When I come back to Sabah and definitely to engage their services again , and would recommend them to others.

My family and I recently went on a 3D2N trip to Semporna and worked with John for the arrangements. It was an amazing trip with stunning views. The tour guide was informative and it was a long but memorable day. It was definitely worth it!

Great experience. The guide Michelle was absolutely wonderful. The first Island gets a bit crowded later but there's lots to do and see. Timely pickup and departure. Comfortable ride.

Had a 3D2N trip to Kundasang and liaised with Nurul on the arrangements. Nurul was courteous, prompt in response to queries and provide relevant updates to the trip. Nurul also quoted a very competitive price for the whole tour package. Alfred was my assigned tour guide and Bryan was the assigned driver. Both of them were polite, courteous, friendly and helpful too. They were punctual for every meet ups and also very accommodative with our requests throughout the guided tour with them. The cruises to see the monkeys and fireflies were amazing. We saw 4 different types of monkeys and probably about 50+ monkeys in total. The fireflies were also great. The minibus ride there was way too long though and took far longer than advertised - 3 hours each way from KK city plus an extra 45 minutes each way to the Rasa Ria so 7-8 hours total on the minibus with the least legroom I've ever experienced. Driver drove unbelievably slow for no apparent reason, unlike almost everyone else on the road.

We have engaged TYH for our corporate activities (ie. Yacht and water activities and Mt K climb) and they are very friendly and have been very accommodative and thoughtful on our needs. Superb client servicing. Urgent request has been well fulfilled and serviced. Thoughtful and speedy service. Highly recommended for corporate events !

Have organized company Trip and use the Company's services. The drivers are friendly and the person in charge have taken prompt action to help take care of sudden situation when help is required. Price is reasonable and will approach them for the service in the future if required.

Enjoyed a delightful evening with a skilled driver and tour leader. After a warm welcome with light snacks, we embarked on a journey to witness the proboscis monkeys. The highlight of the night was the mesmerizing sight of fireflies illuminating the darkness. An unforgettable and truly amazing trip.

We had a tour arranged with them at a very very short notice, like arrived KK at 2pm and then had the tour arranged by 14:30 We saw the Proboscis Monkey as well as a couple of other monkeys as we went around the river. We've got lucky to see the baby carriyng Proboscis Monkey even! Then there was rizzards, croc. The guide was knowledgable and helpful. Snack provided was good and the dinner served before the firefly outing was prentiful and delicious. In fact my wife who normally is very critical of various food commented that it may have been the best so far. Our boy 9yrs, who normally is rather picky eater, had a 2nd and even 3rd helping! There was a unfortunate incident of my leaving my iPhone behind on the bus, but the Office helped me getting the lost item back and the dirver/the guide got them all sorted in no time. Thank you very much and I cannot but reccomend these people whole heartedly.

Guide decided to change the order of our tour, did hot springs first.Avoid this bit as you will probably see the same and more in national park/ botanical gardens(going by other people who had been). They are NOT natural springs, they fill a bath tub for you to sit in. Butterfly garden big disappointment, saw more butterflies outside. If you do a tour and they want to do this bit first, DONT as you will run out of time to do national park and botanical gardens. Was really looking forward to national park but didn’t have time and we had to rush around botanical gardens, Very disappointed
