Our guide Pratiip was really nice and helpful. We did the two island snorkeling trip. He guided us through busy Jetterson point and onto the boats, answered our questions and had some good chats. Packed lunch was good as well as pick up and drop off. Very happy to have had nice a guide.

Zack is very nice, well tempEd and relaxed，and was not pressuring us to go fast at any point. We all had a very good impression of him. Wish him good luck in the future!

Great experience with the this company. Smooth booking and great guiding. Tour guide, Pratiip was very helpful during the tour day, and explained lots of things around KK to visit and to go. The tour ran smoothly, with timely pickups, comfortable transportation, and well-planned activities. We never felt rushed, allowing us to fully enjoy each island’s beauty. Very crowded small beaches, lots of rubbish around the area in general but especially in the water; I decided to come out of the water once I came across a baby’s nappy ! I would expect the folk to at least make an attempt at getting the littler removed from the seabed in the designated swimming areas. I paid $95 for this experience !

Our agent was very responsive all the way from asking about the package, to asking questions during the trip regarding to our situation etc. We had a few requests which they fulfilled etc giving us the guide we want or arranging transport differently then the default package. I highly recommend this agency to anyone interested in visiting Sabah!

I had a very good time as I am a beach person and in Manukan I could sunbathe and swim for a while. It was very relaxing! Also special thanks to Zack, my tour guide, who is extremely kind and attentive, and TYH for being so effective and professional.

Island’s beautiful. Sea walking was really fun - diving experience but walking and breathing normally. Lunch was quite disappointing as it was quite salty.

Nice experience seeing the proboscis monkeys and fireflies. Sufficient time for observing the monkeys with binoculars and fireflies. It would be great to have more and cleaner toilets in the vicinity. Dinner was substantial

We have no words to describe it! it was an AMAZING day! the whole crew were super duper attentive and with great energy. Rafie and Sabri ( awesome DJ) were new level, specially with our 4 year old twins ! they played in the water, they took them back to the boat so we could snorkel a little by ourselves! We could not be more thankful. Time in the water was not as much as we wished, due to the location of the island, but that was very clear from the moment we were inquiring. Everything they told us would happen it happened. If we go back, there is no doubt we will be exploring the waters with them again. Recommend 100%

I went to the marine park with my family, we had so much fun and enjoyed by the beach as well. We also got to meet Zack who was a very fun tour guide, making our trip even more fun!

Good place, had nice beach and amazing view. I liked also that they had two fields one for football and the other for volley. Also most importantly the guide that took us was so very kind and informative we also had alot of fun talking with him his name was nor hafizan great guy.🫶🏼🫶🏼

This tour was described as an approximately 0ne and a half hour drive to the jetty for the river cruise. It took three hours to get there after we visited a chocolate outlet on the way, made out to be an additional tour experience but in reality this was probably just a deal the tour operator had done with the chocolate shop as a way to deliver customers to their door. The outlet is made out to give you the feeling this is a chocolate factory when in reality the chocolate is made elsewhere. This chocolate experience was not mentioned in the tour description and an unnecessary extension to an already long uninteresting tour. In the end we did see some Proboscis Monkeys but it was not worth spending over five hours crammed into an old mini van travelling over shocking roads to see some wildlife from a distance. The afternoon tea was very ordinary comprising of some slices of sweet potatoes deep fried in batter and other indistinguishable deep fried lumps. The fireflies were an interesting natural phenomena but highly exaggerated in the promotional photographs and description. I rarely complain or write poor reviews but in this case I wanted to provide some comments because the tour operator has been misleading in the way the tour is promoted and despite receiving poor reviews going back years and responding by saying that the feedback was valued and would be taken on board, nothing has been done to improve the tour. At least the tour guide was enthusiastic about the wildlife but no amount of enthusiasm will make up for this inferior tourism product.

Thank you, TYH Borneo, for the excellent arrangements for my Kota Kinabalu trip. It was a wonderful experience, and I have great memories of Sabah. The trip was also reasonably priced! I highly appreciate it and find it totally worth it!

The views on the island and on the boat between the islands were amazing! This is a must do activity for anybody in Sabah. My guide E-man was very personable and friendly, telling me about life on Borneo and showing me where to find the best wildlife. My highlight was seeing four Komodo Dragons on one of the islands!
