We guess the driver in a hurry going home. After meeting him at the arrival hall, he just keep walking to the car , he didn’t help even we drop our luggages on the way, he just watch at us at a distance without a helping hand. We thank him after loading our luggages in the car, he didn’t respond , we can say, we got a very shy driver. Anyway, we arrive hotel safely. No complaint!

Airport transfers were on time and good. Having a driver to take us to Penang Hill, Kek Lok Si Temple, 2 more temples etc was great.

We booked a 4 hour tour and my sister and I were alone with the driver Andy who told us a lot about Penang. We went up the mountain and then to the enormous Kek Lok Si Buddhist temple which was beautiful, especially as all the decorations for the Chinese New Year were still up. Then to the Thai temple to see the reclining Buddha and the Burmese temple. Because we still had time left from our 4 hours Andy took us to a tea, coffee and chocolate tasting place. The range of flours were amazing. As Andy's next pick up was in the direction we wanted to go he dropped us off at the Eastern & Oriental Hotel.

Great personal service from Areca travel agency based in Areca hotel. A very good variety of trips and experience’s offered. From the usual tourist sites such as temples and pagoda, to workshops in rattan and pewter. As a solo traveler a little expensive but cheaper if more than one person

Dura arranged a half day trip for us to Penang Hill and the Kek Lok Si temple. Price of all tickets (PH funicular and the temple) were included. Very good driver with a flexible approach to our visit and timings at each location. Picked up from the hotel and ferried around with no problems/issues. So much easier than trying to do it yourself.

We opted for the Penang Heritage Experience Walking Tour and had a blast! Dura arranged everything for us on arrival and the tour guide met us on time at Areca Hotel. The tour was informative and professional. Will definitely recommend to others!

Excellent airport transfer. Driver was waiting during arrival and departure of the trip. Vehicle was well maintained. Driver speaks basic english. Smooth transfer. Kids enjoyed the transfer journey.

Conveniently they also offered good tours. We took the Georgetown heritage tour and had a great time!
