Online ticket counter queue was over 20 minutes ineffective .
While 5 walk in counters are totally empty.
If you are not visiting during peak season I do not recommend to purchase online ticket or through travel agency as lines are empty. Crowd starts to come in around 11-‘-12pm.
Recommended to visit earlier in the morning or afternoon to avoid queue.
Non Malaysian even if you have long term visa still have to pay double price , urge the government to separate actual tourist price for foreigners that don’t reside in malaysia.
The SkyBridge is 6Rm, sky glide is 10Rm, the stairs walk to the SkyBridge is not for the young,old and weak, it can be very tiring and hideous . Recommend to take sky glide with some queue.
Each cable limit is 480kg, but staff are not well
Trained to arrange for weight, they push 6 ppl regardless if the 6pax is over the weight limit, even when I inform them of the weight limit, they just ignore and push over capacity . I am very concern about the safety measures and trainings of staff.

Arrived just before 10am. No waiting to change my voucher for a ticket. Sunny at the start of the cable car ascent but misty clouds arrived just as I reached middle station. By the time I arrived at the Sky Bridge visibility was zero. Disappointed that I couldn’t see the view but it was kind of cool being up in the clouds.
The weather has almost everything that morning- sun, fog, rain, sun and rain. Pleased that I took an umbrella.
324 steps up to the Sky Bridge but there is a lift as well.
Easy to get to using Grab.
3D Gallery was certainly worth a visit.
Oriental Village was just lots of shops.
I enjoyed the experience despite the weather.

The ride itself was wonderful. No doubt. The process of admission needs improvement though
1. The place won't consider the extra cost of transportation some visitors had to pay if it was closed due to windy condition. Thus, call first before you go.
2. The place charged you all the same even when there was an attraction that were closed. "Sorry for any incovenience" won't justify it.
3. The ones attending the counters need to be more polite or "beradab" in Bahasa Melayu. Answer the questions from the visitors professionally. You are being paid to be polite in a service-oriented business. Remember, the visitors are the one who pay you. They are not beggars. Treat them accordingly.

Do not book online, the tour company had not paid its account and our purchase was deemed invalid. After 20 mins of arguing and phone calls we were eventually allowed in.
Once inside we had a fabulous time. The Skycable was great and the views from the Skywalk are absolutely amazing.
We can highly recommend the place but please do not book with the travel company, simply wait until you get to the resort and buy your tickets over the counter there. They are cheaper and it is a lot easier and quicker.

We got the 360 degree car, and it was worth it. The car is just bars at the top, so the breeze through it was really nice.
Once at the top, the bridge walk was extra, but it was more views again. You can see a lot of area. They are still building more up there, and are looking forward to going and seeing it again.

I went on the cable car in Langkawi with some friends. It was an exciting experience. The views from the top of the cable car ride were tremendous (See my photo). I am a little scared of heights but I enjoyed conquering them and making it to the top. It was well worth the purchase and I will remember this fun experience for a long time.
The ticket includes a trip to the trick eye museum was very fun as well.

It’s one of the most busiest tourist attractions in Langkawi so expect long queues, would recommend paying extra for the express queue to avoid the long queues, the views are fantastic on a clear day. You can also go to the Skybridge directly from the cable car.

we had prebooked thankfully as queues were very long. signage poor to collect ticket and then told it was suspended due to winds. having been told to go stand in various queues a scramble ensued when it was opened and we we filed into another queue for a photo the staff were insistent we had to have- when we walked we were given stern looks- not very welcoming at all. the views are undoubtedly spectacular but ours were restricted by the cloud. Staff need to improve their customer care and getting in and out of the moving car you are left
