I called on mentioned USA number to ask some more details about the tour and the Agent Lady she put me on hold then on top of that she they just hang up on me. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TERRIBLE SERVICES LOL. If I am receiving this before booking I can’t even imagine what to expect after booking from this tour agents on the call (NOTE: NOT the Kazakh agents in Kazakhstan)
