After an informative shopping trip, you’ll head to a hands-on master class in sushi preparation, located in the heart of Tsukiji. Under the instruction of a bona fide sushi master, you’ll learn how to open and fillet the fish you’ve selected, using traditional techniques perfected in Japan’s top restaurants. Beginners are welcome, so you’ll enjoy in-depth demonstrations.
After you’ve prepared your own delicious creations, the group will gather to sample their sushi. As you munch on fresh fish, you’ll also get a chance to enjoy a selection of sake, with anywhere from five to seven bottles available to taste. Your tour ends at Sushi Mafia Lab.
