As the tour starts at 9 a.m. by the LOVE statue, unless you're arriving the night before, don't think you'll make tour. We took a taxi from our hotel, but I'm sure you can take the subway. Check with the tour operator, think they have instructions on how to get to LOVE statue. ALSO, as tour left early and we didn't want to get stuck in commuter crowds on subway, reason we took taxi. Sorry can't be more helpful.
