It became a part of my life forever knowing Victor, Property Manager of City Guesthouse & Tours. Imagine being stranded in an island alone without anything to eat. My expected funds from the States were missing nowhere to be found for 3 months. I am forever grateful for he never hesitated to provide meals for me aside from the free breakfast as a part of Guesthouse accommodation. A true gentleman in words and in deeds. It really makes my Mongolian adventure so exciting an unforgettable one. We really enjoyed spending a day exploring Tokyo w/ our guide Rumi! Rumi was really kind, friendly and was very helpful as we were using the Tokyo subway system for the first time, and she even helped find a really nice place for lunch. It was easy to meet our guide at the designated location, which was provided by the tour company from w/in the TripAdvisor app and we had a great day checking out the "Must See" sights, which I can confirm, should not be missed. If you are visiting Tokyo, you really should book this tour to help make the most of your time in Tokyo. You should do it on your first day to get some practice navigating the subway system w/ a helpful and friendly guide from Otomo Travel. The tour starts at a decent hour, and we were done in time for dinner plans elsewhere. We were a family of 5, including 2 adults, 2 kids 7 & 10 yrs old, and a senior(grandma). We all enjoyed the tour a lot. Thanks Rumi!

Tatsu was AMAZING!! Our family of 6 ventured to Japan from California and we were referred to a private tour company and Tatsu our incredible guide. He spoke perfect english, had amazing energy, and was TRULY passionate about giving the tour. In fact when we were ready to end the tour and head back to our hotel he was adamant that we finish and see the last few things he thought we would love. We're so glad he convinced us because it was beautiful. The knowledge and love the city was clear and we would not have had a great a time if we hadn't done the tour with Tatsu. If you're heading to Tokyo you MUST book this private tour. Our kids, ourselves, and our mother thoroughly enjoyed it and we know you would too.

The hotel, the courteous and soft-speaking staff, the food, the evening traditional Rajasthani singing with Hindi melodies made our stay so memorable. Having dinner with my wife on the lawn and with the above background made our holiday a great success. We reached the hotel late in the afternoon around 3:30 pm on check IN date, and the hotel still gave us the lunch of our choice. The property is nicely maintained with limited space at the top. It made our holidays memorable.

This was an amazing tour and I would recommend it to anyone! It is a private tour so it was just us and our tour guide Ritsuko! She was so much fun! She was knowledgeable and made the day so enjoyable! We felt like we had a friend at the end of the day!!!

My guide was Isao.. Top guy! He is chilled, funny and knowledgeable, was a pleasure to be in his company. The sights we went to were great. If I tried this on my own, I would have been a long day and I wouldn’t have access to Isao’s knowledge and kindness. Book it! 5/5.

We had an excellent tour of Tokyo with Sam. We met on time and visited all of the key areas described in the tour. Sam did an excellent job of explaining the details of each stop and helped to ensure we had great pics, good food, and a fantastic time. We would definitely recommend this tour and Sam as a guide because without him, we would not have been able to see all of the sites by ourselves in one day. Thanks again Sam!!

The Guides were amazing. Yuki and Sota were very patient and helpful. They explained things well and made it a great experience!

Tour guides were great, they made sure our kids were directed to all of the anime and game interests we advised of when planning the tour. Very knowledgable!!

I fully enjoyed this experience. Our tour guide Sota did a great job of showing us some cool spots in Akihabara and also helped us buy things. It made the experience very easy for an English speaker and I would fully recommend it.

Masafumi (Sam) was fantastic. We had a wonderful and very full day ranging all over Tokyo. He was informative, interesting and great with our kids (7 and 12). Highly recommend.

Soda did a great job in guiding us through a forest of animation. And I really appreciate him asking questions for us in different stores and we got all we wanted to buy. He is extremely pleasant to talk to. And our casual chat made the tour more than just shopping, it was truly experiencing! Strongly recommend the tour!

Sam us a good tour leader. Everything went well. I wish we could meet your leader at our hotel as meeting place is hard to find.
