Midori and Natsuko were so kind and accommodating. The food they taught us to prepare was excellent. The facility is comfortable and the traditional dining area where we were able to lunch on our creations was great. We highly recommend this activity for your trip to Takayama.

This Sake tour and cooking class exceeded our expectations. We made sushi with a flower design inner, egg roll, dumplings and miso soup. It looked fabulous and tasted great. Thanks so much.
