We had an awesome day at Petra with Jordan Echo Tours. Our driver, Kalid, was knowledgeable, knew the area well, was able to give us a better experience by taking shortcuts and using back roads that got us to Petra quicker while connecting us with interesting people and sites along the way. Petra was amazing as promised. We were thankful for the EV golf cart ride to the main section of the expansive site and the local guide who gave us so much great information, took pictures for us, and enhanced our time immensely with his knowledge and understanding. The meal, that was part of the tour, was a delightful culinary experience. I highly recommend using Tripadvisor and their local subsidiaries. We will look for their services in other locations as we travel.

Although everyone is really enthusiastic. I would like to mention that it is heartbreaking to see that the animals are getting abused. The tourists are traveling with the camels and donkeys and horses and by dping that, everyone is supporting animal abuse. They are not even getting proper food and water. The view is nice and all, but not the fact that te camels are being abused. Please people! Be aware of this fact and do your research before paying for animal abuse. Maybe then something will change in this world.

I booked my tour from the US. The staff at Echo tours were very helpful and responsive. Our tour went very smooth and without any problems. Ali was out tour guide and he was excellent. Had a lot of knowledge and kept us engaged. The transportation to Petra and back was excellent and uneventful. I recommend Echo tours without any reservations.

Our trip contact, Eslam, was extremely responsive and kept us up to date on everything. All the details including food, drivers, and luggage storage was taken care of. We had a great time in Wadi Rum and loved having the opportunity to add on a camel ride. It was truly beautiful and we are so glad we made the trip. We stayed at a camp in Wadi Rum also organized by Echo Tour Guide and it was so comfortable. The food was delicious and the lodgings were far better than we expected. It was great to have Jordan Echo Tours to ask about everything we wanted to do in Jordan. From Wadi Rum, we also traveled to Petra. Entrance fees and a guide were organized by Echo Tours. Everything went so smoothly and it was a great way to experience parts of Jordan.

We booked a private tour for 10 to Petra. It was perfect! Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable and it was way better than going on a huge bus with 40 other folks. Mohamed was the perfect guide and our driver was excellent. We even stopped to buy fresh watermelon along the way and shared it with fellow travelers at the rest stop. A perfect day and we recommend Jordan Echo Tours to everyone!

Excellent day tour to Petra from Aqaba. Easy and efficient booking process, comfortable mini van for our group of 4 to complete the 3 hour journey each way. We got to Petra before the big crowds and our guide was waiting for us. Amazing place and worth paying for a private guide to get a much more personalised experience. We had the best tour guide for an intense Petra experience in which we did several hikes over a 12 hour period! Hamzeh was so helpful and patient as we extended his day, teaching us about the history of the sites as well as showing us the most magnificent views that many travelers do not venture to see. Definitely recommend this tour, and specifically Hamzeh, for anyone that want to soak in this wonder of the world! Additionally, the team was accommodating as we were at Petra much later than normally offered, and made sure that the driver was available to get us back to our hotel safely despite being close to 9 o clock local time.

Guide in Petra was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Drive to and from Petra was uncomfortable in a small back seat. The driver spoke limited English and it he very unskilled as a driver/guide. I wish the tour company maintained more professional personnel.

We booked a private tour to Petra & Wadi Rum dessert We had a great guide in Petra who took all the time to explain everything in depth. Our guide Najy in Wadi Rum was the best ever, being born in the dessert himself he was very knowledgeable. His info and enthusiasm made us think about returning there one day and stay a few days to explore more. Our Driver Khaled was friendly, but his english was very poor. This is my reason for scoring 4 stars

They make our viit to Petra the best tour of our lives, Petra is really amazing, but I'm sure it is even better with this tour. If you need a tour to Petra go with them you won't regret.

Unforgettable experience in the Desert! All the staff of Jordan Echo Tour is very kind and helpful. I was very warm welcomed by the staff. I'm a dad travelling with his son of 8yo. This experience was excellent for children and suitable because this is not a too long day. Khaleed pick up us at the right time at the right place to drive us to wadi rum. Then Ali drove a pick up to show us the desert. We spent rich and funny time with Ali and Khaleed. We also experienced snowboarding in the sand. We learn at lot of things about the desert life and traditions The desert is so spectacular ! Thanks a lot to Nesrim (agency) , khaleed(driver) and Ali (4x4 driver)
