My friends and I I booked the 5 days Jordan tour. We have a great time. The driver Adnan were with us the entire trip. He make us feel comfortable, safe and he was very helpful as well. I recommend this tour 100%

The tour was supposed to be a guided tour visiting all the locations as advertised (The Citadel, Roman Theatre, Al Balad – Downtown Amman, King Abdullah Mosque, Rainbow Street, Royal Automobile Museum, The Jordan Museum). Instead, we just got a driver, without a guide, who said that he was asked to take us to just 3 locations (The Citadel, Roman Theatre and King Abdullah Mosque), without any tour guide. We paid extra when we arrived at The Citadel for a guide, but the for the rest we were just dropped off and picked up and left on our own. Definitely, not what we paid for and definitely not worth the money we paid. I wanted to seek a refund, but it is so difficult to find anything on the Trip Advisor website when something goes wrong to report it, so unfortunately I was not able to report this problem.

Fantastic trip. We spent half day in Jerash, and we had our lunch in a Lebanese restaurant, everything was great.

Most tourists in Jordan head to Petra and the Dead Sea. I strongly suggest that they also go to Jerash and Umm Qais. What the Romans left behind is really amazing and thankfully much of theses two cities are well preserved for us to see 2 thousand years later. Jerash is truly amazing. It is massive and also built as a work of art that is especially impressive today, when buildings and cities are only built for practicality. Umm Qais is lower key but also special. And it is odd to look west from it, in Jordan, and see Israel and the Sea of Galilee so close by. And if you are into the history of the area and of the period of the Crusaders, you really should check out the Mohammadians castle/fortress at Aijoun. It is a very impressive defensive structure. Also, our driver, Tahir, was a pleasant gentleman and very safe driver. The vehicle he drove was extremely clean and comfortable.

I would definitely plan a different vacation after using a local tour operator I only knew from Facebook and interacting exclusively over WhatsApp to plan my trip. My destinations were Wadi Rum, Petra, and the Dead Sea. In hindsight, I can say that all of these locations were excellent, albeit I was shocked that Petra and Wadi Musa required walking. Unfortunately, I only spent two nights at the lovely Hilton Resort at the Dead Sea. I should have spent no time in Amman because I wasn't very interested in the city's sights. I did encounter warm and helpful natives everywhere I visited. There are many options for lodging in every price range in each of the locations I visited. This obviously applies to restaurants. I had Jordan, especially Petra, on my vacation wish list for a while, so I'm thrilled to have finally visited.

It was an enjoyable journey. Especially in a comfy car, I had excellent experiences. Mahmoud, our driver, whom I heartily suggest to everyone, showed us most of the iconic sights.

If you are traveling to Jordan, I highly recommend using this tour company. Emad helped me throughout the planning stage and answered right away to any requests I had to alter the program. Everything was quite straightforward and well-organized once we got to Jordan. Fadi, our driver, was really friendly. The journey to Jerash is one to never forget. The automobile was cozy. The driver was very gracious in providing water, tea, and cookies, and Wi-Fi was connected and charged. We booked under the impression that lunch would be included, but the option we chose did not.

The attractions of Amman were admirably seen and enjoyed throughout our excursion. All around Jordan, people greeted us with open arms. We had a fantastic tour guide Fadi. About every place we went, he provided us some background knowledge. This tour is definitely recommended for anyone planning to visit Jordan.

Website crashed while entering info. I had to re-enter info. Made a mistake and got tour date before flight date. No one pointed out inconsistency. After I cancelled was charged the full amount.

The experience was below my expectation. There was no WIFI or bottled water. The driver was not nice at all, and he was not helpful. I recommend the idea of the trip but I don't recommend this company "VIP Limo Jordan"
