Private Day Tour to Madaba, Mount Nebo and Ma’in Hot Springs
We started the tour from the Dead Sea, I highly recommend the 7:30 slot as we got pretty much everywhere before it got crowded which was amazing to experience these sights almost to ourselves right after opening. Our driver was Kamal who was great and he came in a nice car and was on time. The only part of the tour we did not care for was visiting Nebo Mosaics, which was not a stop on the tour, we loved learning about how they make the beautiful mosaics we felt pressured to buy from the shop and while we loved some of the pieces we felt they were price gauging us so we left with nothing unfortunately. Otherwise a great tour with Kamal!

          Adventures in Jordan🇯🇴🐪
Our driver, Naser Shwal has a warm personality, he is a calm, friendly and trustworthy person. He did everything he could to ensure that we had a wonderful time in Jordan. He is a very experienced driver, he speaks English very well and he was always happy to answer to our many questions and to provide us with information about the culture, the sights, the food and generally about life in Jordan. He made very helpful suggestions and he took us to great restaurants in Petra and in Amman, where we enjoyed wonderful traditional food. The minivan used for our transportation during our four-day visit, was modern, clean, with AC, complimentary water bottles and all this in a very reasonable price. We appreciated his patience and the fact that he made us feel very safe throughout our trips to Petra, to Wadi Rum, to Dead Sea and Amman. We would definitely recommend Naser to everyone wishing to visit Jordan! He is simply the best!

          Great time to visit Jordan!!
Our 4 day 3 night tour covered Jerash, Ajlun castle, Mt Nebo, Mataba church, Wadi Rum, and Petra. We were met at the airport and escorted to all the locations by a competent, friendly driver. Also at Jerash, Wadi Rum, and Petra, a guide was included. Each was knowledgeable and made our visits very meaningful. The lodging was very nice and comfortable. Although there is unrest in the Middle East, we experienced no security issues and felt completely safe during the entire visit. In fact, the nearby unrest has significantly reduced the number of tourists which made our visit extremely enjoyable. If you are thinking about visiting this part of the world, now is definitely the time to go! This tour company and the tour we took are highly recommended. We would also like to send an extra special acknowledgement to our driver, whose flexibility allowed us to fully enjoy each sight!!

          Explore Jordan and we did!
We booked the 6 night, 7 day "Explore Jordan Tour" through Travel Discounters and had an amazing experience. We arrived in Jordan October 7th - we did not plan to be in the middle of a war close by, but we felt completely safe during our stay. Everything was taken care of for us - from our arrival at the Airport in Amman to our departure. Our driver was Jacob who took really good care of us, treated us to the best Falafel in Amman and was a great companion for the entire trip. Our tour included As Salt, Jerash, Ajloun castle, Madaba, Mt. Nebo, Petra, Wadi Rum, Aqaba and the Dead Sea, and it would be difficult to choose which experience we enjoyed the most! Our hotels were good - comfortable, especially the Movenpick Spa at the Dead Sea, and our "tent" accommodation at Wadi Rum. This tour exceeded our expectations - it was truly an amazing experience.

          Awesome personal tour
We spent 12 hours with Khaled on a tour of Petra and Wadi Rum. He’s a nice chill guy. He let us stop along the way many times for photos, bathroom breaks, to buy stuff. At Petra and Wadi Rum, the tour company has arranged tour guides waiting for you. Khaled dropped us off, and we went on our adventures. And he’s there waiting at the end. If you can afford the expense of a personal tour and driver — it’s about $350 a person — it’s so worth it!

          Amazing day trip!
Khaled picked us up from our Aqaba hotel in the morning. He is very kind and a careful driver. We had an amazing visit and guide in Petra before a great lunch and going to Wadi Rum. Our Jeep driver in Wadi Rum, Ali, was also a great guide and we arrived on time for the sunset! We took amazing pictures and made great memories! Thank you!!

Our main reason for visiting Jordan was to see Petra and it was well worth the visit. Quite apart from the Treasury the rock formations alone are worth seeing, a whole city built into rock. Our trip by car took two and a half hours with one comfort stop and was included in our holiday along with the entrance to the site which is normally 50 dinar. We arranged for the driver to wait 3 hours but wish we had stayed longer as we didnt have time to visit the museum. It takes much longer to walk down as your are stopping all the time to take photos. We thought about taking the pony and cart ride back up the hill but not at 45 dinars!!! Wear comfortable shoes that dont let the stones and sand in. Be sure to have water

Our group of six felt the cruise ship's excursion to Petra from Aqaba was over priced, so I researched a number of options and chose Bridge Travel. It was a perfect day. We had a knowledgeable guide, a comfortable modern van, and lots of time to see this amazing site. The USD175 fee included the entrance fee to Petra, a very good Jordanian lunch, and enough time for a quick drive through downtown Aqaba on our return to the cruise ship. Pick up and drop off went perfectly. It's a 2.5 hour drive to Petra from Aqaba.Thank you to our guide Achmed, our driver, and Mr Marei from Bridge Travel for organizing this visit. And all the best to Jordan, a country that I would love to visit again.

Our tour was booked online through TripAdvisor and everything went very smoothly at the Cruise Port in Aqaba Jordan. The driver picked up four adults next to the ship as soon as we were cleared to disembark. Thanks to excellent planning we had scarves and some jackets since it was cold and dusty. Good hiking shoes or closed toed shoes are a must. We had a two hour drive and stopped on the way for a break. It’s an experience since the drivers stop for coffee and tea and invite you to join them. The views of the landscape are vast and almost eerie. If you have to be back on the ship by 3-4pm I recommend taking a carriage one way to the Treasury at Petra. Also, ask when you book if you can have a guide longer than the Treasury. Petra has many areas to explore and whatever your cruise offers is worth the money. We had extra time, but 3 older adults were tired and couldn’t walk more. The $40USD carriage ride is worth every penny. Lunch was very good too at a local restaurant. Make sure to use the restroom at Petra since the restaurant was crowded with a tour bus. Overall Petra is amazing and one of the most exhilarating places to visit in the world. Bring a camera or two with extra batteries. We could have visited Wadi Rum as well, but were exhausted from the walking and lunch.

Our tour began at 8 a.m. at the pier where our cruise ship docked and the tour guide and driver were there waiting with a sign. Once aboard the van, we were told that it would take about 2 hours drive to get to the entrance of Petra and that the tour will go at the pace we prefer which would dictate on how much of Petra we would cover and that lunch would take place after our visit to Petra (around 3 p.m.) We expressed that we would like to visit the Monastery and was promptly told that our schedule would probably not allow for this hike as it would require too much time round trip to get there and back. This was disappointing news as we were looking forward to seeing this site. On our drive to Petra, we stopped at a souvenir shop and stayed for half an hour. After arriving in Petra, we had to wait for another 20 minutes for the guide to buy the tickets. The trek into the Siq took a while primarily due to our group taking photos. It took over an hour to get through the Siq to finally arrive at the Treasury. We were given half an hour to roam this area to take photos as there were a lot of visitors at this site. The tour guide met us at about 12 noon and told us that the next main site would be the Theater which is about half a mile away and that he will meet us back at the entrance to the Siq at 2:30 where we will exit Petra and go to lunch. With that message, the guide walked back the Siq to the entrance. After exploring the nearby area of the Treasury, we all made it back to the entrance at the agreed time and went to a restaurant about 10 minutes outside of the entrance to Petra. After lunch at around 3:30, we headed back to Aqaba port and again stopped at a different souvenir shop for a half an hour, finally arriving at the pier around 5:30 p.m. On this tour, we were able to take a lot of nice photos and enjoyed the limited sights. However, we feel that the time could've been handled better hence allowing us to see more. For instance, we should've been offered the choice of stopping at the souvenir rest stop to and from the pier as we wasted an hour there, time that we could've used in Petra since a rest stop is really not needed on a 1-1/2 hour drive. Additionally, the company should offer the option to eat lunch at the restaurant or provide a box lunch, as eating lunch at the restaurant really did not work well into the schedule since we must exit Petra in order to eat at the restaurant outside. Lastly, our guide was really not as attentive as could be by not explaining things clearly regarding options. He spoke fast with a heavy accent which made him somewhat difficult to understand and I had to advise him to slow down his talk. At the restaurant, he did not even explain what the meal included and whether we wanted to order drinks. He did not even take head counts on the van and just asked if everyone was on. Although we had a decent time visiting Petra, I feel that it could've and should've been even better if the tour was handled properly...

Dear Mr. Chan, first of all thanks for your feedback, kindly note that on that day you must be at the ship around 18:00 which impossible to visit the monastery in that day and the guide mentioned that to you , so after checking with our guide please find below answer from him personally . Firs table, I feel so bad for your feedback and the that was your impression of our service. Even thought that your face contact didn’t express any inconvenience and non satisfied reaction. Any way you were a small group within mass groups came with that identified cruise , the port, the rest houses, souvenir shops, restaurants, Petra visitor center, pathway through the Siq and everywhere were so crowded. The matter that required high attention by all visitors and guides. Normally, we drive 2 hours minimum to reach Petra, but we stop every time in the mid way for panorama and toilette beside supporting local hand crafts project in the same place. That the day rest house was so crowded and toilette as well instead of stopping for 15 minutes for toilette and photos at lasts 30 minutes. I would like to remind my customer that the visitor center was so crowded in that day. Causing double time for issuing the tickets . Regarding the information given it seems clearly that they had a problem to understand my professional English, time management and technical words. I was obligated to repeat some ideas as the group wasn’t a native speaker ( chine's)this is why the massage wasn’t clear for both side. Also I will not forget one of main things in my job to make head account and explain for my grope about the food type and beverage and that already done. So I did my best to handle the tour. Best Regards Bridge Travel

We came from Israel and were met at the border by the guide - Muhammed Abdesalam and the driver - Hasan Rahal. They were very helpful with all the formalities and later on had a wonderful trip to Aqaba. The guide was explaining to us a lot of things during the travel in excellent English and in details. We stopped in a nice place to have our first cup of Jordan coffee with cardamom - enjoyed it a lot and continued. On the way to Aqaba we enjoyed the beauty of the sunset in Wadi Rum desert and tea at a Bedouin camp. On the other day we visited Petra - an amazing place, jaw dropping. The guide was very helpful as always - knowledgeable, supporting you in the difficult trail to the monastery. We enjoyed our stay in Jordan a lot and will definitely come back to explore other destinations.
