The tour wasn’t held and no refund given. The organiser kept the charge for the tour and stopped replying to my messages

Bright and his company are incredible. Super helpful, trustworthy and informative. They offer a number of services and are knowledgeable about the region, history, peoples etc. Also a great way to support a local business. Highly recommend any activity with them!!

After spending two days waiting for my return flight home( after weather delays) if was a ray of sunshine seeing Mr. Lay’s smiling face. He loaded our luggage and helped us into the hotel van. That doesn’t happen as often as it use to. He asked if we enjoyed our stay (Hilton BWI airport hotel) and wished us well on our travels and that we actually make it home today. After waiting around two days for a flight home, it was just nice to have someone acknowledge our frustration and eagerness to get back home. Thank you Mr. Lay, for starting our day with a smile

The new terminal looks impressive but it is not really ready to use. The aircraft piers don’t work, the WiFi hasn’t been set up yet. The sign for “Kids play zone” is surrounded by seating, the catering areas don’t have cooking facilities, the staff need additional training.

Booking was canceled by tourallafrika and did not try to assist with a new game drive, first time to zambia having to leave with a bad memory due to this game drive being canceled, not on my behalf.
