Amazing responsible tour agency took us on a short notice to see Livingstone and was on time, knowledgeable, friendly.

This was a great full day trip. We came over by bus from Zambia, and then crossed into Namibia and Chobe National Park. We spent the first half of the day on the water and then had lunch at the park restaurant, and then went out on a Safari where we got a lot of time seeing wildlife up close. It was pretty uncrowded when we were there so we got to stop and watch the surroundings and just take it in. All in all a very good trip with excellent guides.

It was a well organised tour which packed a lot into one day. The lunch was very good. It would have helped if the Provider had responded to calls and messages to confirm the pickup. As it was, the pickup was fine

We used Cherish Tours to book several tours and activities while we were in Livingstone. The Chobe Day trip was excellent, pick up and border formalities were super quick and efficient. Chobe itself was a fantastic reserve, we got see a great deal of elephant, buffalo, crocodiles, and a myriad of other wildlife. Getting to view the animals on a game drive and a boat trip was a great experience. All the guides and rangers were super friendly and very knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting facts about the fauna and flora we saw. The lunch was also tasty in a lovely setting. I highly recommend this tour as well as the other tours on offer by Cherish Tours. A very professional team.

Emmanuel and team were excellent drivers and guides during my 5 day Zambia, Zimbabwe and Botswana tour. I was collected at my hotel in Lusaka for the overland drive to Livingstone. All of my hotels and tours were organized and on-time and there were warm hand-offs to colleagues at each of the border crossings. This tour was filled with once in a lifetime opportunities and adventures! Everyone I interacted with at Cherish was wonderful - a special shout out to Emmanuel for his efforts at the border organizing my visa and for the country music song along on the return trip to Lusaka. Highly, highly recommend working with this company and team for an unforgettable experience!

I would use a different company but still do the full day safari if possible. Our tour started off great- the first driver was wonderful and accommodating. The boat portion was spectacular and the tour guide was very knowledgeable and warm. The lunch was good, but be prepared to pay for water, soda or wine. The hotel had a charging station free of charge at reception for phones that drained during the water portion. The driven safari was great for game viewing, but the driver didn’t bring enough drinks and didn’t provide much information about the animals. We were very thirsty by the time we returned to the Zambia side, and my children and I had no driver to pick us up, as was arranged. I asked around, and one driver agreed to return us for no fee, but then we were passed over to another driver, who ultimately drove us back. Although many of the tour operators help one another out, it was an unnecessary hiccup when traveling with an 11 and 14 year old, and we were all exhausted and thirsty. I messaged the tour operator after to let them know that we didn’t have a ride, and to check on the refund that we were told would be given because one person in our party could not go, but they never responded to my message. Animals we saw: hippos, elephants, giraffe, birds, crocs, water buffalo, water monitor, baboons, African fishing eagle, impalas, and tigers. The white rhino is a separate tour (saw elephants, impala, zebra, and giraffes on that one too, but it was not as spectacular). The ride is bumpy, so be prepared for that. We saw a jeep that was getting unstuck from the sand. It’s also dusty. Some people wore bandannas. Bring sunscreen for your face/arms. TLDR; the full day is wonderful, but don’t expect great customer service outside of the water tour.

The trip was well organized, especially considering the many handovers you have. Everyone was there on time to pick us up for the next part. All guides and drivers were very friendly and well-informed. The Safari itself was a great experience. We've seen all the expected animals in both parts, by car and by boat. We're impressed about how they respected the animals on one side and yet managed to come closer to them as in any other Safari we did. One hint to the company. It should be mentioned that you need a multiple-entry visa for Zambia, or you have to pay for another visa when coming back. Otherwise we just can recommend the trip as well as the tour operator.

This tour was the highlight of my trip! The FOOD was AMAZING! The drum show was so fun and interactive. I loved it and will definitely recommend!!!

Was the most amazing experience doing this trip in botswana, the trip was perfect fr start ro finish, picks up were on time the guides were very professional and very kind, if anyone wants to do this trip definitely book with this travel company

Everything was well coordinated and well taken care of. As a solo female traveler I felt totally safe and had such a great time. Would definitely do again!

Very very disappointing tour. Iy was supposed to be a 2-3 hour tour inside Mukuni village. The lady who conducted the tour was initially interested. We wanted to have a look at everything before we could tip or give some money or even shop at their local shop. Right at the start there were kids who did a tribal dance. We thought we will appreciate later in cash. Moment we did not give at that very moment, she totally lost interest and hardly showed us much about the village. We must have completed the tour in 20-30 min. We didnt like her approach at all. There is nothing special as such in the village part. Just a hyped tourist trap

We had a wonderful journey aboard the train. All the staff were attentive and enthusiastic about the railway. We were welcomed on a red carpet and given star treatment throughout. We saw a herd of elephant trackside en route to the Bridge where the train stopped for a chance to climb up into the engine and toot the whistle. Be ready to barter with the local villagers on the bridge who are selling their wares then back on board for a fine dining experience. A wonderful trip.

What an experience! Emmanuel went out of his way to tailor-fit the day tour based on traveler's availability. Seamless experience, he facilitates everything, changes vehicles according to one's needs, gives honest advice and recommendation, and is a great communicator. Went to Angel's Falls instead of Devil's Pool (because that section was closed) but it was equally majestic! Guests don't have to worry about all transport (point to point from your hotel to wherever your tour is then back to your hotel or airport). Highly recommend Cherish Travel and Tours, excellent tour agency/guides.

This was an excellent step back in the past as we travelled from Zimbabwe to Zambia and back for dinner and a view of Victoria Falls.
