We were a group of 3 couples from Sydney, Australia doing a private tour of the Zimbabwe side of the Falls from Zambia. Everything went very smoothly from pick up at Livingstone Airport then a quick stop at the Avani Resort then onto the boarder crossings. Westin was our fabulous driver and he knew what to have ready and the forms to complete. Once on the Zimbabwe side we met our tour guide Mr B. He was great and had so much knowledge of the Falls and the history behind them and was able to answer all the questions we asked. Being a private tour we moved at our own pace and thoroughly enjoyed knowing about the best photo spots and what was coming up around the corner. It was much better having a guide rather than doing it all your your own. We would have missed out on all the wonderful stories and wasted time finding the best spots for rainbows. We had an amazing time in Livingstone thanks to Owen and his colleagues. Owen arranged a transfer for us to the border of Botswana, and upon return he took us back to Zambia. He also arranged a tour and a transfer to the Angel’s pool which was an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend! He was really kind and even kept our phone for 17 days after we left it in his taxi. Thank you so much again Owen!

We were very impressed with this experience! The speed boat transportation to the island, the safety, the guidance and the food and alcohol. Not to mention all the photos. These guys are like professional photographers and your camera phones will be safe with them as you get in Angels Pool. We feel safe and well fed the whole time

We took a taxi from Livingstone to Lusaka Airport Transfer and we were picked on time it was early morning 3.30 AM,Thank you Chris for accommodating for such an early morning pick up.The ride was smooth, Chris was nice reliable and professional, he kept us entertained throughout our long ride with intersting talks and dropped us at the airport well on time.

Lift from the Zim boarder, swiftly through to the Zambian side, cleared and onto the Airport in Livinston. And back again a few days later. Great, quick service that was all ontime and professional.

Service was prompt and followed our delayed flight for pickup. Also helped us across the Z/Z border for us to meet our train departure.

I requested an airport transfer from Victoria Falls to Livingstone. I got an almost immediate response and confirmation from the team. On the day of arrival someone was standing in arrivals hall with a name board and my name and escorted us to a vehicle. While we crossed the border our luggage was transferred to another vehicle and we were taken to our accommodation. On the return leg to Zimbabwe exactly the same professional service. I didn't get the opportunity to take any of their organized tours but given our good experience I will certainly look into it next visit.

If you are looking for on time, reliable pick in Livingstone, Owen Taxis is the best. We wish we had not booked the tours through the hotel as Owen was on time and was very knowledgeable and reasonable in price.

Such a lovely experience Well organised, taxi on time, lovely triple decker boat, lots of drinks and very tasty snacks, lovely staff. Then the magic of the sunset over the zambezi! My advice.... do it!!!
