- What to expect
- Collection for this spectacular two and a half hour cruise is at 15h30 in winter, and 16h00 in summer. Return transfers from local Livingstone hotels are included in the rate.
- Enjoy an hour cruise on a River Safari boat with a stop-off at one of the islands for drinks and snacks with the opportunity for one-of-a-kind game viewing.
- On returning to the Royal Landing, you will be transferred back to your hotel at approximately 18h00 in winter and 18h30 in summer just in time for a delicious dinner.

Beautiful night - sunset cruise is a must. It says “light dinner” but they serve snacks at the start so we were full! We were also incredibly lucky to see elephants at this time of year (normally in Botswana). Hippos you will definitely see. Crocodile if you’re lucky like us. Our crew had amazing eyesight and spot the elephants 2 kilometres away and directed the captain. 2 hours of unlimited drinks and food with a sunset - just don’t forget to bring your binoculars.

There is no better way to end the day as to be on a sunset cruise with the Royal Livingstone. it is a huge 2 deck boat with seating for around 100 people. We were 10 people on the boat and the service was unrivaled. Beers and wine was offered as soon as your glass is empty. The meal was some sort of a finger lunch, but make no mistake, it was tasty. We saw quit a few hippos with little else. Still a great relaxing trip.

We traveled on the Ra-ikane boat on the Zambezi River for a sunset cruise. A small intimate boat made this a wonderful experience! Drinks and small snacks were provided. We saw many animals and birds during the cruise. A great way to spend an evening.
