The bus company was really helpful in helping us get from ho chi minh to nha Trang They had good contact with us and let us know the night before that the bus would be leaving early and to make sure we were there on time. Everything was smooth and easy

We booked a 9 seater luxury limousine from Hoi An to Hue. It was definitely not luxurious! We were seated on the bench seat in the front with the driver - very uncomfortable! He did at least drop us at our hotel in Hue rather than a central point but there was nothing in the booking to indicate we would not have a proper seat and I definitely would have chosen a different vehicle if I knew. Dealing with some serious muscular aches now. Also, those in the “luxury seats” complained of no air con (so at least we weren’t the only ones suffering). Timing seems very fluid - don’t book if you have a deadline to meet.

I did the Thakhek, loas to danang, Vietnam trip. Never have I had better support by the staff, about when and where to go, even though the bus was delayed. Big thanks to Phượng for solving everything for us. The bus was the only option from Lao to vitnqm from thakhek, and it was okay

Very aggressive driver, only shouting angrily at the group. Bad experience so far. Also the company misinformed us about the type of transport and communicated insufficiently. Would not recommend.

They forgot to pick me up, and I managed to contact the agency only at opening time (7am), my departure was scheduled for 6.40am. After several communications they came to pick me up at 8am, but the driver, without saying a word, started to do as he pleased by loading people taxi-style and driving around Huè for more than 1h when we should have gone to Hoi An directly, then leaving me in Da Nang and making me get into another car, when the booked service was the limousine bus. The company never answered me again. I do not recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with the bus service from Hội An to Huế. The bus was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, making the journey very pleasant. The driver was professional and we arrived on time. Highly recommend this service for anyone looking for a hassle-free and affordable way to travel between the two cities!

We booked a VIP bus , and according to the pictures the seat looked great ! We had seats 1 and 4 and was unpleasantly surprised when seat 1 was next to the driver and NOT LUXURIOUS at all ! It was definitely NOT what I paid for ! And worst of all there came a neighbour after an hour driving which occupied the seat next to me !

A very poor experience. The 'luxury limousine' (it was a bit tatty) was over 2 and a quarter hours late in picking us up from our stop in Hoi An. It was due at 10.55am and finally arrived at 1.10pm. We received no information from Vietnam travel bus what the issue was so I tried the various contact phone numbers, emails and WhatsApp numbers without reply for over an hour. Finally i received a response giving the reason for the delay as congestion due to the Tet holidays. This was obviously nonsense as once the van did arrive, we were the first people on the van and we managed to reach Hue in 3 hours (and hour quicker than their timetable). And this included a number of detours off the main road first to pick up, then drop off locals door to door paying cash. I cannot recommend this company. Very unprofessional.

There was very wrong information in the bus tickets. They ticket said the travel will be take 6.5 hours, but it's a big lie, it's not possible to drive that long way in that time. We arrived 4.5 hours late. So the journey took 9.5 hours. And we had only one break. The staffs in this bus weren't quite friendly.

This was a horrible and expensive experience. The van was filthy. My husband’s seat belt was broken. No water was offered. No English was spoken. The driver made multiple stops picking up and dropping off people. What? He appeared to be paid by these people in cash. Then, I assume, to make up time drove way too fast honking his horn. We thought we were treating ourselves to some luxury. Instead it was $105 Canadian for a terrible ride. It would have been cheaper and much more pleasant to hire a private car and driver. Feels like we were scammed.

I was very well assisted when booking my bus trip, but then it turned out it was Tet. As a result, I couldn’t book a return trip, and I had to catch my flight. Vietnam Travel Bus did nothing to help me and didn’t even try to accommodate me in any way. They didn’t offer a solution or make any effort. Very disappointing. It ended up costing me a lot of money. Vietnam Travel Bus doesn’t think along with you or offer support.

Unprofessional and "fishy" booking experience. I booked a bus from Ho Chi Minh to Da Nang for 35$ which was the price shown on their webpage. After the booking and the payement was done I got contacted via WhatsApp and was told that they had some problems with their system updating the prices and that I have to pay 25$ on top to get my ticket confirmed. No offer for a refund so I was forced to pay the additional 25$ not to loose the initial 35$ I already had payed. I started the whole process of trying to find a solution to this with their WhatsApp chat support at 21.20pm without beiing able to do so ( I paid the 35$ with my credit card and they wanted me to use paypal for the 25$ but I don't use paypal so I offered to pay cash to the operator at the station directly)...after that at about 22.05pm ths whatsapp support didn't answer anymore (office time ended at 22pm) leaving the problem unsolved. Showing a lower price first and then charging almost double is unprofessional and a no-go for my future booking decicions (it's not my fault that their system "can't show the for whatever reason (in this case: tet-holiday) increased price) and the "support" attitude was the worst I have experienced so far in Vietnam. Let's see if I get my 35$ refunded or I have to ask for a a chargeback from my bank.

The bus has nice seats except the front row, which is a single long seat that can seat 3 people. I was given the front seat and it turns out that's because the seating arrangements are done in the order of booking. But I still had to pay full price, and nothing on the website told me that I would be given the front seat because if I had known, I would have booked a different bus. If things ended there, I would not have been this upset. Along the way, the driver picks up one of his friends from a random street (not from a normal bus pickup spot) and his friend sits inbetween the driver and me. His friend reeked of cigarette smoke and was overweight so the three of us were squished for the whole ride. I was really hoping to take a nap on the bus but ultimately wasn't able to, because of this seating arrangement. I complained to their customer service but they sent me a generic computer-generated response and that was it. They are lucky they operate in Vietnam because where I'm from (the US), they would go out of business pretty quickly with this level of customer service. We also ended up being 45 minutes late than our scheduled arrival even though we left exactly on time. We didn't run into any traffic, so my guess is that that's how long we went out of our way to pick up and drop off his friend.
