Firstly the bad points; We assumed we would be in a comfortable air conditioned bus with plenty of legroom and headroom for the days journey etc, however the tour guide arrived in a tiny four door taxi which had no air conditioning to the rear and was extremely cramped and uncomfortable to say the least, with neither available headroom nor legroom, the driver was ridiculously driving far too slowly and it took forever to get anywhere, the driver even at one point tried to drive the wrong way down a busy dual carriageway !! Lunch was labelled as “Traditional Vietnamese” it was in an extremely basic street cafe, nothing wrong with that as we have had amazing street food in Da Nang but there was no air conditioning and flies were everywhere, the tour guide and taxi driver tucked into a bowl of steaming noodles etc and my wife and I never saw any such noodles ! After this we decided only to visit Lady Buddha and then cut the tour short as the car was so cramped and uncomfortable. In my opinion the tour is very expensive for visiting many “Free” tourist attractions and receiving very basic food for lunch, also only one bottle of water was provided in the car per person all day, which subsequently became hot water very rapidly. The good points; Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and very friendly so a big thank you to him.

Trip was very enjoyable, definitely worth doing. Excellent driving. Mr Kong, we could not fault. Very informative.
