- IainC8490 contributionsMarble Mountains and Hoi An - don’t miss this great experience! We were picked up by our guide Mr Kong from our hotel and taken to Water Mountain for the first part of the tour. During our short journey there he took care to guide us an overview of the whole trip, what to expect and to check we were happy with everything. Although the Water Mountain element starts with an elevator up, there are parts to it which could be too much for those with limited mobility. Mr Kong took care, before starting any such element, to check we were okay with it. We were (!), so we had a wonderful hour or so exploring the mountain and caves and learning about the history behind them, most recently of course during the Vietnam / US conflict. It was fascinating, and Mr Kong proved to be both very knowledgeable, but also highly engaging. The time just flew! Off then to Hoi An, just 20 minutes away, where we started by eating the most delicious street food, before walking into the old town ( A UNESCO Heritage Site) just as the light was fading. It was wonderful, so vibrant, but at the same time ‘old fashioned’, with the streets lit up with coloured lights and tiny shop after shop selling goods, coffee or food. And what a surprise when we got to the river to see it lit up by the many small boats going backwards and forward with their happy passengers. throughout it all, Mr Kong gave us information and background about everything we saw. Overall, I rate this trip very highly. Mr King was an excellent guide, but also the whole organisation of the trip was first class, with great communications from the moment we booked till just before departure. If you haven’t guessed, I recommend it!!Written May 13, 2024

- 291oliviat0 contributionsA great tour for our first night in Hoi An.A lovely stroll around Ancient Town, our guide Miss Vy was awesome! We loved visiting and hearing all the stories of ancient Town and seeing it come to life as the sun went down. All the streets lined with beautiful lanterns and we loved browsing thru the night market and the boat ride was a highlight, it was so pretty on the water. This is by far my favourite stop so far on our Vietnam Honeymoon Adventure and Miss Vy made it all the more special for us. Thanks so much for being so wonderful ❤Written March 30, 2024

- amandasZ9077SB0 contributionsGreat TourGreat tour and a perfect way to see Hoi An. Our group loved the basket boat ride and the lanterns at night while also learning about the history of the town and seeing a few key historical spots. Our guide was very flexible allowing us the option to stay and explore the city longer before driving us back to our hotel. Would book this tour again and will recommend to all our friends!Written November 26, 2023

We had a lovely afternoon/evening visiting the Marble Mountains and Hoi An with Mr Tuan and driver. We were picked up from our hotel in Da Nang on time in a comfortable air conditioned car and taken first to the Marble Mountains. We were shown around a business making statues and gifts made of marble before going up the mountain by elevator. We visited the pagodas and other sites on the mountain, which were both beautiful and interesting. We then descended the mountain and travelled to Hoi An. We walked around the historic town and visited a few sites before walking around the night market. Hoi An was very busy with other tourists but this didn’t prevent us from accessing all of the attractions. Once the sun had gone down we went on beautiful lantern-lit boat trip, which was very atmospheric and a definite highlight of the day. We enjoyed the trip very much and would highly recommend.

Our tour guide Andy was so accommodating and knowledgeable, and we had a great experience despite the pouring rain! This tour was the perfect way for us to transfer from our hotel in Da Nang to Hoi An, and the company happily accommodated our request to hold our luggage in the private vehicle during our tour. Our kids (ages 5 & 7) got soaked in the rain and were having a difficult time with the slippery conditions on the actual Marble Mountain, but Andy was so helpful in helping us adjust our itinerary and even took us to our new hotel during the tour so we could get them changed into dry clothes. We continued our tour in Ancient Town and Andy even gave us recommendations for dinner on our own. Overall, I really loved all the experiences offered on this tour as well as the personal touch offered by our tour guide. Fantastic introduction to Hoi An and I would definitely recommend!!

If you are visiting Da Nang I highly recommend the night market walking tour. I have done tours all over south east Asia and this one has been my favourite. Mr Tuan is a fantastic guide. He is so passionate and enthusiastic about the city he grew up in and will answer all of your questions. He will help you deal with local merchants and stay with you the entire tour. The tour takes approx 5 hours and they supply cold bottled water and air-conditioned car between each stop.
If you enjoy different cultures, learning about ancient religions traditions and unique street food you MUST book this tour.

Overall a fantastic experience! Our guide Andy was accommodating and knowledgeable. He made the whole experience very smooth and easy going. The marble mountains are a must see in da nang and the night market of Hoi An is incredible. We also really enjoyed seeing the marble sculpting as well as the silk making in action. We also appreciated all the great photos Andy took of us :)
Our only criticism is that our guide was a little soft spoken. This meant that it was a bit hard to hear all of the interesting facts.

We did the Marble mountains and Hou A tour with Mr. Le and had a memorable day. Mr. Le looked after my wife and I very well, was informative about the history of Marble Mountains , Hoi An and Da Nang in general. His English was good and he kept us engaged the whole time, sharing so much knowledge which was enlightening. He also helped us to take so many pictures.
The tour was well planned and executed with a nice cadence in terms of information sessions for key attractions, mixed in nicely with a bit of free time for us in Hoi An to explore and have our own dinner.
Pretty much everything was covered from entry fees to the Marble Mountains, Samoan boat ride, and Hoi An Ancient Town.
The scenery at Marble Mountain was absolutely gorgeous and the facilities and historical monuments (dating back as far as 1825) are very clean and well maintained. Hoi An Ancient time had wonderful vibes and the architecture and museums showing how things were during past times was really quite remarkable. Topping it off with a Sampan boat rides along the river was so serene and peaceful with the beautiful lanterns and shop/bar/restaurants lighting the waterway.
We would highly recommend this tour to anyone that would like a private, dedicated tour of Hoi An and the Marble Mountains.

Wow, where do I even begin? Our tour guide is an absolute gem! With their infectious enthusiasm and charming personality, every moment of the tour feels like a delightful adventure. Their extensive knowledge about the area is mind-blowing, but what truly sets them apart is their ability to turn even the most mundane details into hilarious anecdotes. It's impossible not to burst into laughter at their witty jokes and playful banter. They effortlessly create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes everyone feel instantly at ease. This tour is not just informative, it's an unforgettable experience thanks to our incredible guide!

This private tour was handled excellently by both Ms. Vy & Mr. Ling!
Ms. Vy was an incredibly informative & helpful guide, explaining the historical and cultural importance of each part of the tour.
Mr. Ling was the most gracious & kind driver making sure we felt safe in the rainy weather.
I would highly recommend this tour!

Our tour guide was an elderly gentleman (Mr Ken) who was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. With him having lived through the war, it was an absolute privilege listening to his recollection of events, which was an added bonus. He intuitively knew the best spots for taking photos and gave us enough time to browse the sights. A really memorable way to see Hoi An that I'd highly recommend.

Andy was wonderful to work with in booking and tailoring a trip specific to our family. It was 3 adults and 2 kids (6 and 3 yrs old) and they made a wonderful itinerary for us.
Mr Van was our guide and he was amazing! We enjoyed his knowledge and his enthusiasm of his city.
He knew all the history & locals during the tour. Andy and his family also made us lunch and greeted us during the tour. We enjoyed the entire day. It was 9-730pm and our kids barely made a fuss because they had so much fun.
If you’re looking for a fun day for your group or family, Andy is the best!
