The views were truly amazing and we had plenty of time to enjoy each stop off. Cong was our driver and such a vibe. He was our own personal photographer, DJ, historian as well as driver! When he found out we flew into Hue the morning of the tour, he even offered to collect us from the airport to save us the journey into town We arranged the tour with David over email before arriving and he was super helpful pulling our itinerary together and prompt at replying. My partner and I had the most amazing time, Hannah was very friendly and she knew lots about the city, she kept me talking pretty much the whole time and made me feel like she was a close friend. We went places that we never would have gone by ourselves and had some very yummy food! And she was giving us lots of options, pretty much customising the trip for us. I will definitely be recommending Hannah and VN shore excursions in the future. I asked for the tour at 6:30 pm and by 7:30pm we were on the scooter with our drivers! He provided lots of information to my husband and I about the history of the country and conflict over it. We saw many important sites in the demilitarized zone and our guide took great photos along the way. He tailor made(no pun intended) our tour to what we wanted to experience We traveled to an oyster farm for some delicious oysters then on to Marble mountain which was stunning. The highlight was going to Hoi An a vibrant bustling town known for colorful lanterns throughout and the many tailors for custom clothes. We could stayed there for a few days easily. David also took the time to arrange a tour of the Ha Long Bay the next day which was absolutely stunning we had so much fun. Thank you David!Written April 8, 2024

Jeep arrived right on time at our hotel in Hue and took us to a local market, a fishing village and to a restaurant with stunning sea views while enjoying a fabulous seafood dinner. This was followed by the Ha Van pass which was fantastic. The driver stopped plenty of times for us to take some amazing photos. After the Ha Van pass we transferred to a car which took us to marble mountain before taking us to our next hotel in Hoi An. Both drivers spoke really good English and kept us entertained throughout the day. A truly memorable day which I highly recommend.Written March 31, 2024

Lunch was a fabulous 5 course meal highlighting Vietnamese food. A quite nice coffee break - do try the coconut or salted coffee. Depending on where you go.. just be aware there are some extra fees that are optional to you…such as -"skip the line at BaNa Hills" "pickup closer to your cruise ship"..which can make your excursion cost more..but saves time!
