Rosie was our main teacher in the cooking class, we went to the farm first to pick up some ingredients and then drunk black coffee in the local cafe. After that, we went to Han market to buy the ingredients such as banana flowers, milk apple, mango, green banana, carrot etc. and finally went Rosie’s sister house to cook. She firstly introduced the history of her family and her house. Later on, we started to cook. It was a funny and nice experience and we also signed and dance before having the meals. I enjoyed the cooking class so much and I would like to recommend you guys to join the class when you go to DaNang. Thanks so much for giving me a great time.(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)

This class was the best time I had while on vacation here in Vietnam!
If your on the fence about doing this class save yourself the trouble and just book it! Everything about this class is perfect, I was able to learn how to cook 4 amazing dishes, learn some correct punctuation of Vietnamese words, learn how to identify Vietnamese foods to cook with and honestly have a solid fun time while doing it all.
Rosie and Bamboo are the best host’s, they are caring and very energetic. They seriously want nothing more than to make sure you’re having a good time, and that alone earned them a 5 star review.
I wish I could say more, but part of the class is you doing it!
I will say there’s plenty of moments for perfect pictures!

Amazing experience with Roise. Really informative market tour explaining unique produce and how Vietnamese people shop and enjoy coffee.
The cooking class was so enjoyable in their home where you learn to make 4 traditional Vietnamese dishes - vegetarian options available!

A wonderful insight into Da Nang markets and local cuisine. Pick up at our hotel was right on time by the wonderfully entertaining Rosie who took us to her favourite coffee shop for tea and salt coffee. Delicious! Then off to the local city market where we picked up the ingredients for the class to come. The markets were fascinating and Rosie gave an informative insight into all the market sellers lives and routines. Then off to the class at Jolie's house where we experienced 4 wonderful dishes. Very hands on. Wonderfully organised and excellent instruction resulted in 4 beautiful meals with our Pho being the highlight. Thoroughly recommended! Don't miss it in Da Nang!

Fantastic personalized experience with Rosie and Lucy. Rosie went above and beyond to explain the foods In the market, how to pronounce each meal and ingredient and created an all round wonderful day. Lucy helped us prepare the food alongside Rosie and welcomed us in her home. As a family we did the cafe, market visit and the cooking and it was very fun! At the cafe we were taught many different things about Vietnamese coffee and Vietnamese culture and just having some ice breakers.
At the market she gave us tips and tricks about the market in vietnam and all the different veggies that she introduced to us with names and origin! We had so much fun learning about the special types of food we would use later on for cooking

Every time we go abroad, we try to experience local cuisine, and during this trip we chose this place to teach lessons near the city of Danang.
After having a cup of coffee at the local café, local people in the market came directly to the corner where they were buying ingredients, buying fruit and vegetables, and cooking for classes.
Cooking was easier than I thought, and I was able to enjoy the lessons thanks to Rose, who taught me and Ms. Ray, who assisted me in the kitchen.
If you want to take a cooking class in Danang, I highly recommend it.

We did a private family cooking class as I was not sure how strangers would deal with a 9 year old. I loved the coffee pit stop, my ginger tea was excellent! Rosie was really wonderful. She has such an outgoing personality and was very encouraging and entertaining.
We learnt some new cooking tips and foods at the market and I was very happy that we made it a family event. My 9 year old tried eating spring rolls for the first time and we loved the atmosphere.
I would like for the recipes to be handed out at the beginning of the class just so that we can write down our notes next to recipe.
Thank you for a wonderful experience to Rosie and Summer (incredibly patient).

The highlight of my Vietnam trip!! Our guide Rosie was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and I can’t wait to go home and recreate all the dishes we learnt to make.
My partner and I started with Rosie at the local urban farm, followed by coffee and then grocery shopping in the big market in preparation for our cooking lesson. This is the perfect activity for a group of any size - I’d even go alone and I’m a bit of an introvert.
I only wish I’d gone earlier in my trip because I feel like it’s unlocked so much about Vietnamese food and culture for me. Thank you Rosie and Kelly for a great morning. 🍜🧡
