We contacted Peter via Whats App and he replied straight away.We wanted a pick up from Chan May Port,cruise ship , to Hoi An and return. Gave a great price and kept in touch with us. On arrival at the Port we had a short walk outside to meet our driver.. Car was the size we wanted and had been sent a picture beforehand. Had a drive to Hoi An via Marble Mountain where we had a stop at a marble factory which we enjoyed. Then dropped off in Hoi An by the driver and this was where we were to be picked up. Returned at the agreed time and driver arrived early. We then drove back to the ship. I would recommend Hoi An Budget Car Rental to anyone travelling from the port to Hoi An...Also go with the times they propose as the traffic back is extremely busy, we came back with plenty of time but had spent enough time in Hoi An

The car is nice and clean. we booked a sedan for 2 ppl but driver can not speak English. We want ask him stop on the way to buy a bottle of water but he say ok then keep going. We thought he find for us but he didn't understand. He also try use Google translate but it seems not safe while driving

Highly, highly, highly recommend this company. Booked them for 1 day off a cruise ship. We arranged to meet at 10am. Got off the ship and had a short walk to meet him. Driver was holding up our name. Very nice and new Hyundai Santa Fe. The driver was all ours for the whole day. We had several stops which we picked and would say meet us in 1 hour. He was promptly there every time. Very good driver and saw exactly what we wanted to see. The price was $120USD for the car and not for each person. It was an incredible price as we went as far as Hoi An which was 1 hour 45 minutes in each direction. People on the ship booked a bus to Hoi An and paid around $185USD each or $370USD without being able to customize the tour.

We used these guys for a private day tour to Da Nang from Chan May Port. Driver was waiting and took us to see some fantastic sights across the city and then dropped us off at a local Vietnamese restaurant. Finally, we were dropped back to the port. Service was good and prompt. Used them on 3 occasions and all 3 times the car ride was good and the arrangement with Peter was pleasant and fast. Driver could speak simple English and able to communicate with us.
