Anthony is very friendly and can speak good Enlish. When I arrived, he got my name on a placard and he handed me cold water. He also gave out cansy along the route and is very helpful. He patiently waited for me after my Bana hill travel. I highly recommend VM tour and Anthony.

I had rented a private car with driver for travelling from Danang airport to Hoi-An and came back to a hotel in Danang. My driver named Tom (Tốp Nguyễn
), he was expert in navigation, always be on time, and drove smoothly. He was chatty which made me feel enjoyable during slow-drive traffic.

We booked a taxi to/from Da Nang/ Hoi An.
All very efficiently dealt with by Pansy on email.
We had a last minute change to the time we needed picking up form the airport, I called and it was sorted out efficiently, I gave the lady on the phone our new flight number and she said she'd sort it.
We arrived 3 hours early, and yes, our driver was there.
The drivers were courteous and we felt very safe.
Excellent service!

Arrangements through Ms. Chi were very straightforward. Driver, Mr. Liem, was excellent and even helped us locate a new hotel when we discovered on arriving in Hoi An that the one we had booked was closed for renovations!

Recent trip through Vietnam with my parents and I was recommended buy a friend in the United States to travel with VM travel. We were fortunate enough to have Dung Nguyen as our driver. He was friendly welcoming and punctual and on top of that a fabulous driver which you need in Vietnam as driving is no joke. Speaks good English and has a great personality..

I was looking for reliable taxi services from Danang Airport to Hoi An after my hotel where I had booked asked me to
Prepay for their taxi pickup. I saw a good review of VM Travel Company by a traveler and I decided to use them as well. All I had to do was send them an email with my pickup timing and they promptly confirmed the booking through email as well as through Watssapp. Ms Chi was especially forthcoming and she checked back and even changed the timings because my flight was delayed. The Car was very neat and clean and the driver very polite. And finally I paid less ($15) than I would have paid the hotel. I was so satisfied that I used them for the return trip as well. Their contact email is hoiantraveller@gmail.com and their Watssapp number is +84 162 692 1066. I hope his helps other travelers like me who are looking for reliable transport at Hoi An or elsewhere in Vietnam.
