Such a great evening, visiting places we would never have known about. So much food & plenty of beef to wash down the delicious food.

It was a wonderful experience. Anh is a great guide, knowledgeable and very friendly. The places we visited were well selected and gave us a taste of street food. We would not be able to go those places on our own, it really worth it!

Good mix of local food in places the average tourist would never find. The BBQ place at the end was the highlight. The pork ribs and beef in a leaf were fabulous.

Awesome guide, Ahn! His English is as close to perfect as anyone we've ever met in Vietnam. Plus he knows a lot of Vietnamese history. And, of course, he took us to multiple, simple, fun places to eat that he has vetted over the years (only 27 yrs but doing this for his adult career. His passion is to find the best of food that Vietnamese eat--not fancy places catering to tourists. Don't be fooled if Tripadvisor says there's no availability, which it did to us 1-2 days before we wanted to go. There were such good reviews, and we were so apprehensive about riding on scooter via other options, that I emailed directly. He said no problem and it turned out there were only 4 of us. He prefers groups of 6 or less as it's more enjoyable for all. We had more, more than enough food! Oh my!! You can't go wrong with Ahn!

Excellent tour. Not only was the quality and variety of food great, but the locations we visited were also a lot of fun. One of the stops was down a narrow alley to a lady who had been making the same three dishes for thirty years! As foreign tourists we would never have found this place. A great experience. We’ll worth it.

We started our tour right on time and walked through several different neighborhoods to visit several different restaurants serving food that was unique to Da Nang! (Some dishes can't be found in other cities in Vietnam unless someone from Da Nang opens a restaurant there.) Some of the places we went we never would have found on our own (even if we knew about them), and a lot of the food we ate we never would have thought to order on our own! It was all excellent, and we left quite full! Anh was an excellent tour guide. He explained everything along the way (his English is perfect) and was very careful to be sure he was bringing us places that we wanted to go and ordering food that we were willing to eat! For example, BBQ frog legs and durian for dessert -- he proactively asked us in advance, to be sure we would not be pressured into eating food we weren't prepared for. He also politely shooed away people who came up trying to sell us stuff. We also learned a lot of great context and history of food in Da Nang and Vietnam!

This is how food tours should be run. Anh clearly cares about food and walks you through each dish in detail. He adds context when/why you eat, who usually eats it and most importantly he has a genuine passion for food. Quiz him on any ingredient, street stall or dish and he will most likely know. I love cooking / trying new things and was blown away by his knowledge of food. Not only that but Anh gave us an overview of many things in Da Nang like the history of the city / where to go for certain dishes / how the foods came about to Da Nang and basically any other topic under the sun. A lot of food tours I’ve been on, the host/guide isn’t always in tune with ingredients/history of the dish etc. Anh gives a really authentic experience. Hands down try and book with Anh - he made the entire experience.

On a short visit, finding great spots is hard on foot, as a solo foreign tourist. Enquired on line, the communication & booking was outstanding. Anh provided a personal touch, I was the only participant, & it was like a stroll with a friend. I got to learn the city through the experience of a local, Anh’s English is flawless, he is an engaging & interesting guide. Brief questioning revealed what I had already experienced, & Anh rolled with this information seamlessly, to provide me new experiences! The food choices were amazing, we get to support local businesses, & learn! Invaluable is the ways locals season & pair foods. This is a most Comprehensive, & immersive way to explore Danang street foods.

This tour would have to be one of the highlights of our entire trip. Anh is a great host, spoke perfect English and is very knowledgable about not just the best places to eat but also various other topics including the history and politics of Vietnam. If you go to Danang I highly recommend booking in a tour with Anh, it's well worth it.

Had a fabulous few hours with Anh, our guide. Perfect English and fantastic knowledge not just of local food but of Vietnamese history and culture. We shared our likes/dislikes in foods and he took us to food venues that offered food choices for each of us! The best part was the coconut ice cream at the end! Thanks so much!

Had the tour with Anh and another couple. We had a lot of fun and for people who are not very social, we were lucky to be paired a couple who kept the conversation going (Anh, too). Food was good, we mainly liked the pre-dinner snacks. You are going to try stuff you would never try. BE ADVENTUROUS! Fun night out!

This should be the ONLY food tour to consider when in Da Nang. We have lived in Vietnam for over six months and may be a bit jaded; we certainly know Vietnamese food by now. We heard lots of positive things about this tour and decided to give it a try even though it is not cheap. Our guide took us to places we would have otherwise never discovered. He did not rush us and we sampled so much food that we otherwise would never have considered. This is a great evening out and you learn a lot in the process. Reserve your space in advance!

WOW! This was such a nice tour! All of the food was fantastic and very interesting! The pace of the tour was perfect. My dad and I had a very enjoyable evening. Our guide was Anh. He was so friendly and welcoming and his English was just as good as ours! (We're native English speakers). There was great variety in the locations and type of food and the right amount of walking between restaurants. I would love to come back and do this again!

Anh was an awesome knowledgeable host and guide. The food was really great and one does not leave with an empty stomach.The dessert was a clincher.coocnut ice cream and avocado.
