About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- CJQLD0 contributionsHoi An colour and cultureHoi An has become our favourite Vietnam city after this tour. The history and atmosphere of the old town, the colourful lanterns on the streets and the boats and the incredible food make Hoi An a must see. This tour included all the highlights and our guide got us the best seats at Morning Glory overlooking the river after we requested to dine there while on our tour. He made sure all our requests were catered for. I highly recommend.Written December 6, 2024
- RichardE610 contributionsA Very Pleasurable Evening in Hoi AnWe are so glad we choose this tour option for our visit to Hoi An. Our guide, Ms Chang, was such a pleasure, and she made us feel as though we were visiting with a friend.Written November 18, 2024
- spencerking370 contributionsGood Tour for first-time visitors to Hoi AnFantastic Private Tour of Hoi An. Tran was a very knowledgeable guide and spent time telling us about the recent and past history of Vietnam and Hoi An / Central Vietnam particularly. Pick up from Da Nang hotel with courteous and good driver, stopped at Marble Mountain for photo and to see local craftsmen at work. When in Hoi An, Tran took us to Chinese Assembly Hall, Japanese Covered Bridge and then we had a little time to explore the streets and sights of Hoi An ancient town on our own. Tran then arranged a Sampan ride on the river where we could light our own lanterns and make a wish as we set them on the river (reminiscent of ‘Tangled’ for any Disney fans out there!). After this, we entered the Night Market where we had the option of mooching the myriad of souvenir stalls and/or having dinner somewhere nearby. Hoi An is highly recommended and this was a great tour for a first-time visitorWritten November 2, 2024
- johndovell800 contributionsKnowledgable and friendly 😀Our guide Mr Minh was very knowledgable and showed us all around the town, organised boat trip to the moon bridge and help haggle on a few things we bought. After the tour we had free time for some dinner at a restaurant recommended by our guide and then return journey to the hotel when we were ready ( very flexible on timing)Written October 26, 2024
- eliza3110 contributionsInformative Tour in Hoi AnGreat tour! We enjoyed our time with Mr. Ken very much, he provided lots of information about Hoi An and Vietnam in general, but even better were his stories about his life and the Vietnam War. He was a delightful person to spend the evening with, and we also enjoyed the boat ride and walking around Hoi An.Written October 22, 2024
- anthonyrS5861HV0 contributionsGreat TripHad an amazing time on the tour. It was organized by private car to Hoi An and Mr. Hung was out tour guide. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Hoi An. He prepared a good walking tour throughout Hoi An with stops at pagodas, embroidery shop, Japanese Bridge, walks along the countless shops amidst the crowds and along the waterfront where we eventually took a small boat lantern ride. Highly recommend the trip. 10/10Written October 15, 2024
- Wander309629764940 contributionsKnowledgeable Guide, Beautiful Ruins, and Unforgettable ExperienceWe had Mr. Ken all to ourselves on our tour to My Son and he was very knowledgeable regarding archeological information about the site and the countries/teams that are working alongside Vietnam to restore the historical sites as much as possible. Our tour started earlier in the day as to avoid the heat in the region and the larger crowds that come towards the afternoon. With this Mr Ken was able to spend more time going over each site in the area with us and it allowed us great pictures where we appear to be the only people on the site and many pictures of the few remaining temple decorative stoneworks. Mr. Ken enthusiastically shares his personal experience around the Vietnam War and has a broad knowledge about the various conflicts that took place in the region as well as the effects it has had on the ethnic people who lived here before, and on the land. Thanks again for the awesome experience!Written September 20, 2024
