What an amazing spa! My husband and I were staying a short stroll away, and we came to the spa every day for a week – we absolutely loved it here. All of the staff are so nice, and the massage therapists – are amazing!! We had a 90 minute couples massage each day, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Since it is a fairly large spa, we didn’t have to wait long at all for a massage, you can just walk in – which is so great. I think we tried every kind of massage they offered; we really enjoyed the hot stone and aromatherapy ones. And the prices were great! Thank you to the wonderful team at 5 Senses – highly recommend and we would love to come back one day!

Went to get a massage here 1st day in Hoi An, and not only was it affordable but it was incredible! Had just done 2 day hike and my legs were sore, but felt great afterwards. I went back the next day to get my eyebrows threaded, and my mom got her nails done which she said was better than a lot of places in LA where she lives. Highly recommend their services!!

Great experience! I had a facial and my boyfriend had a full body combination massage. We both were in the same area for 60min and the experience was very relaxing. Great value for money, professional and recommended by our Airbnb host who also gave amazing cafe recommendations.

This is by far one of the best experience for a tiresome day of traveling, Easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. I chose the Spa package that was 240 minutes but I didn’t want to spend four hours in one day at the spa so I asked them to split it up into two hours each day for me and they obliged. Day one was a 90 minute Thai Massage and 30 minute facial. My husband went with me and we did a couples massage. He did a Thai Massage.. day 2 will be scrub and mani/pedi. my masseuse was incredible and stretched all the pain and anxiety away from my body that had built up leading up to this vacation. I think she spent extra time with me beyond 90 minutes. They are professionally trained and certified. The owner is also very flexible with the employees and allows them to work as their energy/fatigue allows. When we left the spa, it was raining and our hotel was a good 15 minute walk away. After paying the tab, the hostess asked us if she could call a complimentary ride for us. I was stunned and very appreciative of the gesture. We walked me to the car with an umbrella and reminded me she already covered the ride. If you want a 5 star massage for a fraction of the US price- you need to come check this place out.

My partner and I had the spa packages here in Hoi An. Outstanding experience that I couldn’t recommend more highly. They are meticulous in their work and you are treated with such care. Very reasonably priced too!

I got the basic massage, the place is very clean and organised. The massage was good they ask you what you want massage beforehand and it was reasonably priced.

Did a Thai massage here. I told the lady in charge to give me experienced therapist as the one that i did in Da Nang did not perform as expected… The person really assigned me to an experienced therapist and she can identify the pressure points… Received discount for 90 min session and free goodies to take home from Hoi An as well

I had a wonderful experience at Five Senses Spa in Hoi An! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were incredibly sweet and attentive. The spa is spotless, providing a relaxing and serene atmosphere. My mum and I had one of the best massages we’ve ever had, thanks to Nguyệt and Diêu, who worked wonders on our tense muscles after a long journey. The prices are fantastic for the quality of service. I highly recommend this spa and will definitely be returning for another massage before leaving Hoi An!

There are a lot of type massage like thai massage ,vietnamese massage,hotstone massage but i really like five senses signature,highly recomment

Chose this spa based on the reviews but it did not meet expectation. Opted for the signature massage. Did not get the chart they usually give customers pre massage regarding body areas to focus (was later told that they had run out of the english version). Masseuse could understand basic english so tried to explain where to focus on. Warm oil and hot stones used - which was nice, but massage itself was a hit and miss. Had a strong knead twice in the back and upper left arm which left soreness after. There was also quite a bit of noise from other customers outside which did not give the quiet, relaxing session one was after. Had a way better experience at Ozone Spa.

Wonderful spa package experience, starting with a mud wrap, followed by an amazing massage and relaxing facial. I would return if we weren’t leaving tomorrow. Great place and reasonable prices!

One of the best massages I’ve had! Would highly recommend the back, neck, head & shoulders massage! I have been back three times in the few days I’ve been in Hoi An.

I have enjoyed 3 visits to 5 Senses Spa while staying in Hoi An, and would highly recommend Gram for a truly relaxing massage experience. The spa package including body scrub, facial and massage was the best I have ever had, and I felt like I floated out of the spa. 5 Senses Spa is very clean and the staff are professional and welcoming. I will definitely visit again during my next holiday from Australia.

This was the best spa i have been to on my travels! It was so relaxing and the staff were so friendly! I did a couples massage and it was just lovely, I recommend so much!
