Amazing food, great energy from Rosie and Hanna, good fun. Held inside a local house. Skip your meal beforehand, you will be well fed. Perfect couple activity. 10 minute bicycle ride from Hoi An old town with off street parking.

I had an incredible experience at "Cooking with Jolie." Rosie took us on a trip to the local market, where we selected fresh vegetables and fruits, giving us a real taste of the local culture. We then learned to cook a variety of delicious Vietnamese dishes, including papaya salad, pho, banh xeo, and eggplant. The instructions were clear, and Jolie made the whole process enjoyable and interactive. I left the class feeling confident in my ability to recreate these dishes at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking to immerse themselves in Vietnamese cuisine!

We really enjoyed our cooking class with Rosie. It was very interesting seeing the process from farm to market to table. Very excited to make the dishes again at home. :)

We had a wonderful experience. Rosie and Katy are great and very friendly. We learnt lots and came away with some useful tips. The whole experience was also lots of fun with games in between cooking. Definitely recommend! We are so glad we booked. Food was awesome and can’t wait to go home and try myself.

We had a terrific morning with Rosie, Hannah and Kathy. There were 6 in the group and it had a very personal feel to it. Rosie is a beautiful, bubbly character who makes the whole thing gel together. The food prep was made fun and the food overall was delicious. 3 hours flew past. Highly recommend

We really enjoyed our market tour and cooking class. Our guide, Rosie, was really friendly and knowledgable. She helped us really experience the market and learn about local shopping habits and different foods. When we got to the cooking class, we made four different foods as well as playing some fun games (practice your pancake flips!). Rosie and her colleagues, Katie and Hannah, made us very welcome and were all excellent teachers. It was also really nice having this experience in a family home. Would highly recommend this class and tour combination

Rosie is absolutely lovely and bubbly. She explains the flavours well, including differences between ingriedients in different countries. Dishes are well thought out, simple and delicious. Lots of fun

The cooking class was so much fun and it was by far the best food I’ve had in Vietnam. Thank you Rosie, Hanna and team for making this experience so enjoyable. Do not hesitate to join a class if you are solo. Rosie and fellow participants (lovely to meet Team CrossFit from Spain 🇪🇸), they all made me feel very welcome & involved. Easy to follow instructions & guidance. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful session with Rosie at Jolie’s Hoi a cooking class. She showed us the market tricks to choosing vegetables and the correct cuts of meat for our dishes. A really fun and informative class for our whole family with great pho, papaya salad , banh xeo and heaps of laughs. Totally recommend!!

Very lovely staff they are so kind! They learn you some Vietnamese dishes and it is delicious 😋 Even without any cooking experience, I managed to do it! so you can do it as well! You will have an amazing time experience!

I have done more than 10 cooking classes around the world and this was by far my favorite! Here’s why: first and foremost Rosie Hana and their entire staff had great personalities, great energy, encouragement, very informative and made the environment feel like you have been a chef for 10 years! Even if you had never cooked before or what is the worst shift, in this class you are guaranteed to learn survive and pass with flying colors. Not only that, we reserved last minute, they made a private class available at the time that was best for us, and even let us choose a menu of things that we enjoyed most from Vietnamese food. They then went to the market and had everything prepared for us to do the cooking class! It was truly a Taylor Butler service start to finish! The food was delicious! We learned how to do some cool food art too to make the plates appeasing aesthetically! Not only is this the best cooking class in hoi an, in Vietnam but certainly one of the top in the world! And the best part is it’s done right within The comforts of a beautiful home, to make sure you can really cook he dishes when you go home! Simply amazing! I’d recommend to anyone!
