Definitely not worth the price. You are not allowed to get out of golf cart to take pictures, and the cart is covered with this plastic ... so you can't see well. The worst part is the deafening audio that accompanies the tour- and you can't turn it off or the volume down. You must scream to talk over it and its a really corny story. My friend got a migraine from it. Hopefully, they improve this trip in future years by taking the plastic off the carts, having a few places where you can stop and take pictures (and get out of the cart) and making the audio optional. I won't be back however.

I planned a personal experience with Indochina Beauty travel. Everything was done through Kathy Nguyen. I have no words for the amazing service from Kathy. I was doing a solo sabbatical year and everything she organized for me was very safe. I am from Guatemala, the other side of the world, plus I was recovering from some health issues, and Kathy made me feel very safe. She would call me every day to check up on me and remind me of my activities for the day. She informed the drivers and guides of my health condition and they were very accomodating. In a few words, Kathy was my GUARDIAN ANGEL in Southeast Asia. I had the most wonderful traveling experience ever, I will be forever grateful and I definitely recommend her and the agency!!! I will definitely use them again. very knowledgeable tour guides, beatiful hotels.

My husband and I have never taken any toured holidays but we were too busy to book anything for our Vietnam trip. Therefore, Kathy was recommended to me by my mum. Kathy was incredibly helpful in organizing our Sa Pa experience. We were picked at the train station (coming from Hanoi) and brought to a great hotel to shower and change before going on our hike. Kathy and her team were incredible! Couldn't imagine a better way of enjoying a short time in Sapa. We went on a nice hike with breathtaking views, had great lunch in a mountainous village and got to explore the beautiful Rice Fields. Felt very private and off the beaten path as well. Simply gorgeous. Our guide Lu was fantastic as well. Transportation was provided to and from the train station and she even helped us great accomadations while in Sapa town.

We just finished a 2.5 weeks trip to Vietnam. We had the honor to meet Kathy and her asociate Stella. I have to say I've never been in better care than in Kathy's hands. Our trip was organized, thought through,costumed to our needs and moddified uppon request quickly and smoothly. Trip included 4-5 star hotels, scooter tours, private guides, cruizes and more. Wanted to say a few words about Kathy ! I got her number from a friend she helped when he was in Vietnam and he really recommended her. We needed a cruise in Halong Bay and a bus from mai chau to Hanoi and in hotels. Everything good price very cheap :) and she is sooo nice !
