I absolutely loved this experience! It was so much more than I could’ve imagined. Rosie introduced us to many new foods and skills at the market. We then all had a great chat at a cafe. The cooking was so stress-free yet informative. We sang, danced, played games and ate the most delicious and fresh food that was certainly made with love from everyone. I’m looking forward to sharing my new cooking skills with friends and to recommend this class to anyone who visits Hoi An!

A fantastic time spent cooking and learning about local food. I picked up some helpful tips on making the delicious food I’ve been eating in Vietnam the past few weeks. Rosie, Hannah and Kelly were helpful and so much fun.

We found Jolie’s cooking class by online reviews and were not disappointed! We spent the day with Jolie’s lovely cousin Rosie (Dung) who has phenomenal English and so much knowledge to share! The markets were a great experience, the coffee was delicious and the dishes that we made were ones I will genuinely cook at home!

It was a fantastic cooking class, visit to the market and coffee. We learned a lot about vietnamese cooking and culture! Rosie did fantastic job to teach us how to cook traditional vietnamese dishes!
All in all it was a delicious and fun day in a very cosy and privat atmosphere!
100% Recommendation if you are looking for a cooking class!!

I loved the experience, and I really recommend it to everyone! Rosie and Hanna were the best cooking teachers and we had so much fun together. We made four dishes and all were absolutely delicious.
