Our guide was incredibly nice and the scenery, beautiful. Made for a wonderful experience in Vietnam. Pack snacks for the bus ride!

My family had a wonderful trip with Mr Vu, the boat ride is so funny, my kid loved it too much. The BBQ seafood was so fresh, we sit down on a table near the river which made us feel so comfortable. A highly recommended tour that you must try in Hoian

This tour is very promoted and we decided before coming to vietnam we would take the tour. We wanted to see the golden hand bridge and ba an hills.our day was very foggy and the views were not spectacular but how can you plan for this? Okay so this part was good, the flowers gardens are beautiful, the grounds are well maintained and interesting. A trip to see top of ba ba would have been great if you could see fogged in. What wasn't okay for us is the fantasy theme park, a bunch of games rides you need to pay for and this was the better part of our afternoon. For us not good value thus 3 rating the other is the tour guide she basically asked us to provide a tip for her and the driver. We tip all the time if we feel we receive value but when to,d to tip and advised would be collecting as we were dropped off to our hotel was annoying thus 3 rating. If you do a great job you will be rewarded. Anyway if rides, arcades, games suit you then it's with a full day tour

I booked the tour a few days before arriving and had questions about how to prepare for this. It was during the Tết holiday, which is a time many locals are away to celebrate with. family and there is limited tourist services. The operator was very responsive through our message communication. I was asked to be ready for pick up by 7:45 am. They arrived around 8:15 am. There were about 17 people total on this mini bus/van with half from Dong Hue and the other Phong Nha. There were 3 groups with different itineraries for the day. The tour guide, Ms. Tuhen was very clear about instructions and courteous. I was hesitant about doing the Dark Cave due to the weather and not being comfortable swimming and the weather was a little colder than I anticipated after all. I was allowe me to change the tour to one of the other group itineraries since it was only me. There weren't issues with switching tickets and grouping capacity since it was considered the low season. I'm glad I was able to switch because the idea of swimming at Dark Cave in this weather was giving anxiety. I ended up visiting Paradise Cave and Phong Nha caves (instead of Dark Cave) which were both stunning and incredible, each with different aspects to offer. We were left to explore Paradise Cave in our own and had the tour guide for part of the time at Phong Nha Cave. I did wish we could have spent a little longer at Paradise Cave and had more descriptions and guide sharing facts about the Cave. I saw a few people go on their own without a guide if you want to determine your own itinerary. Lunch was in between the two destinations - it was a sit-down family style restaurant offering a fix menu with good variety. I would definitely recommend the tour for the beautiful caves and this provider for a hassle-free experience.

This is such a great trip to Ba Na Hills, visiting Sun World, with the amazing Golden Bridge. We arrived early so it was easier to take a photo here. The grounds of Ba Na Hills are incredibly beautiful, and it features the longest cable car in the world. The entire place is very quaint and has so many photo opportunities, as well as the theme park and rides. The lunch was a free buffet included in the tour. The food at Ba Na Hills is reasonably priced for a theme park/ major attraction, with 50,000 dong for drinks. Our tour guide Koung was fantastic, she was so friendly, optimistic, professional and assertive. I definitely recommend this agency and Koung (who deserves a promotion!), she is just lovely and knows all the best places to see, to optimise your time at Ba Na Hills!

Nice environment with European surroundings. The resort has good rooms and staff were helpful.
